I was so excited to find that I could pre-order a soon to be released bag! The brands official site wasn't even offering a pre-order. I didn't have to wait for the day and try to rush buying it before it sold out (they sold out in seconds and I probably wouldn't have been able to get one without SMHQ). On top of that SuperMom Headquarters offered an amazing Black Friday discount and I was able to apply it to my pre-order items!! When I got my shipped notice, I was ecstatic; I received my bag the same day people who had ordered directly from the brands website received theirs. SMHQ even included a cute little thank-you gift. I was so impressed that I've just placed a second order through SMHQ.

New to the brands. So far they are amazing! Met the owner of this website, she's really down to earth and knows all about the products! She really connects with you and I'm so excited to try more items!!

They Had a Ju-ju-be bag I have been wanting at the right price and a great selection of later released prints for me to choose from! The handwritten card and extras for my older son was a bonus and made me smile! I think I will continue to order from SuperMom Headquarters for my mommy and kids needs!

The owner went above and beyond what most would. I was able to contact her through Facebook messenger as well. She even included a couple small goodies in my order. I scored an amazing deal on a jujube bag I've been wanting for so long! Shipping was also very quick! I definitely will be a repeat customer :)

I ordered a bag and misread the shipping guidelines, it wasn't going to arrive in time for my trip. Jasmine not only messaged me saying I had overpaid for shipping and she was refunding me but texted me when it was available to make sure she sent it in a fashion that would get it here in time!

I met Jasmine at a pop up shop in a local brick and mortart. I was in the hunt for a new diaper bag. She was so helpful and friendly. I asked probably 20+ questions and she was able to answer all of them. She even offered other options that she didn't have at the shop, including purchasing a rented bag if that was really the bag I wanted. I ended up going with a brand new bag and couldn't be happier with my selection. I love the variety of brands available and that she gives the option to rent if we just want to try one out. I am looking forward to seeing what new things she brings into the shop!

The business owner, Jasmine, is a truest awesome lady! She will go out of her way for her customers and make sure to help you find that perfect item you are looking for. Great products at great prices! Also she offers a special service where you can rent diaper bag styles to try out at home before you commit to purchasing, which is truly amazing for any momma out there trying to get the right baby bag, which can be a daunting task sometimes!

Jasmine was so personable and the packaging was so sweet in holiday tissue paper. I appreciate her letting me know when my original print placement I chose was no longer available and offered to cancel or offer another placement but would include bonus gifts regardless. So happy with the placement I ended up getting and loved the bonuses. Will purchase from this site again!

I am very please with my order!!! It took less than a week to receive my whole order. I was shocked at how fast it shipped. Everything was neatly wrapped in different color tissue paper, it really showed how much time and effort was put into this and every other order. My kids were so excited to unwrap everything for me and they absolutely LOVED the surprise goodies that was in there for them. I cannot wait to lace another order.

I was super thrilled to find the Tokidoki + Ju-Ju-Be food cell in the print I was looking for, and bonus she had posted them by print selection with choices. This meant I got to choose the print placement with the cow character on the front of the bag. Also great customer service (hello - a thank you for ordering email!) and fast shipping.

Right after I placed my order I got an email from Jasmine thank me for my business and offering her support. My shipment came in a timely manner and I absolutely loved what I got in my box! Jasmine even included a hand-written thank you card in her shipment. As someone who used to hand write notes to my customers too, I appreciate those personal touches and sentiments of appreciation. I would highly recommend supporting SuperMom Headquarters and Jasmine!
