send for 10 HD dvd boxs i got 10 clear dvd boxs its now 24/09/2009 and i have just got the 10 hd dvd box`s and they are not fit for sale some are chiped some have been scratched andmost if not all look dirty / dusty they look old i think its been a let down took ages to get a returns adress and when in the end i got the items i wanted there not in a good state

i would give them -5 out of 10 for service for time and for value it mite be becasue there new and have just taken over the old palce and moved to scotland but its not a good start

SVP provide one of the few 'painless' online shops, certainly in the UK. They are small enough to have attention to detail and to not screw their customers around.

Have never had any problems in the dozen or so orders I've made from them in the last 3-4 years. T
