They sold me a fake Sesderma brand product.
The product is different from the picture of the original product, the inscriptions are different, the consistency and color of the cream is different, the smell is disgusting. Very low quality product they sold me.

Very misleading online shop. It is based in Portugal and fails to mention anything on their checkout pages that you'll have to bear the tax fees. Once you get in touch with them, you'll get very bad arrogant 'you should have read our terms' email. Extremely frustrating, I spent 181 GBP and got slapped with 50GBP tax! I refunded is based on the attitude of the company, and still got charged 40GBP by Sweetcare for sending it back. This is without me even receiving the product! Always know, that this loophole will soon close, it is the right of consumers to be made aware if there are additional charges. The whole site is in English to make you feel it is a British company, but it's in Portugal.

meme pas une étoile. je commande le serum viamine c . on me dit sur le site qu'il arrivera dans 10 jours par poste canada. le produit arrive aprés deux mois et ne correspond pas à mon achat : ce n'est pas le serum vitamine c car il m'ont envoyé une crème hydratante pour visage ;arnaque

I bought a product on the site, it was bought twice the same price, but I only ordered one, I sent photos of the charges, and even so they said that there is only one order, because I made only one and they charged me twice. Very dissatisfied with customer support, because they didn't want to help me and solve what happened. I definitely don't buy on the site anymore.

Very irresponsible company !
They do not respond if the products arrive open, they ask for photos and then they excuse themselves with silly things so as not to return the money or resend the products. I will never buy there again

On my first order from Sweetcare.com, I did research to see what customers are saying and saw many positive as well as negative reviews. It was split in the middle, but I really needed to order certain products which were not available on the usual website I order from so I went ahead and placed my order in Sweetcare.

I am so glad I did because not only was it shipped right away, they also have lower prices, package arrived less than a week and I live in Asia, products were well packed and they also gave me sample freebies!

I then ordered a few more times after that and all were the same positive experience. Someone from sweetcare emailed me on the last order I placed informing me that stocks were not yet available and I could either order something else or have a refund. I opted to do the refund and was surprised that it got refunded that same day!

I think it’s really important that I share my experience for the UK based customers benefit. Prior to ordering from Sweetcare, I found many mitigated reviews and some negative ones from the UK. I was hesitant but I wanted to give it a try anyway without expecting much. I must say I have been impressed by their service! If questions the customers services is getting back with answers really quickly, they kept me up to date and made me feel I’m a valued customer. If you are going to buy any electric tools from this company they only sell products with European outlets.
If you try to return your item they will adamantly refuse to abide by their own return policy and you will be forced to keep the item. FYI

At the beginning there was a delay in the process step due to lack of one item however there were professional, they informed me the reason for the delay and they provided me with alternatives, second order and there will be more orders

Thailand buyer warning!!!

If you are in Thailand, don’t buy any products from this company! I bought products from overseas before, but this is the first time I got email that request me to pay custom fee to get my products. The extra fee is more than the money I spent on the products. I contacted the company, they say they cannot give me refund because according to the Thailand Custom Law, they won’t ship the products back to the origin. If you already know this will happen. Why you didn’t give me the warning that if I don’t want to pay extra fee then I can’t get the products. I also contacted the DHL, the shipping company, they say I have to pay the custom fee first to get it or to ship it back. If I don’t pay, they will just destroy the products. So in the end I have to give up the products and wasted the money. Buyers from Thailand, if you buy products from Sweetcare, you will need to pay over thousands baht on the custom to get your products. I hope this message will help you to cut your loss.
