We moved to eir but had trouble with broadband for first few weeks wasn’t very happy with customer care spoke to an extremely rude woman on the phone but got it sorted eventually think I’ll be switching again when contract is up

Dead handy and easy to see all offers actually applicable to me (E.g filtering out providers not available in my area) which made choosing easier as I had made one or two calls previous direct and after going through a whole process being told they don’t service my area.

The switch went smoothly and the only issue I have right now is that when I check my download speed the highest reading I get is 20mb per second.Occadionally the tv pics freeze momentarily.

I switched from vergin to sky I lost 60 Euro because I didn't cancel on the right day I think if switch keep notes when people need to cancel in order to switch providers you could tell them about new deals that they could have instead and provide them with the details they need to cancel without losing money the service is alright but could be better and this system would generate it's own repeat business

I switched to Pure Telecom and thought all was well until I got a 10Euro extra charge for the DD I thought they had sorted did not go through and is not my fault.

I first used Switcher in 2018 to find a better electricity deal. I was delighted with how easy and efficient it was to compare prices and, having made my choice, to switch supplier. I have switched again this year and will certainly be using Switcher again to make my pension go a bit further.

It never fails to be hard work changing suppliers (broadband & electricity in my case) when the 12 month introductory deals expire. If you want a hassle free life don't bother changing. But if you want save substantial money and relish the challenge of project managing the process then get on and do it. You get there in the end.

I got cheaper broadband to switch, but after 1 month I realised my previous broadband signal strength was better. So, in addition to price, could you also include review ratings for different services. It will help to decide whether the cheaper deal is recommended by others or not.
