Been trying to find the TLR-7A to pre-buy somewhere and this was the only place to have them. And when I called about them being in stock the customer service rep was super informative and helpful. Will definitely be buying more from here!

Everything was good except the check out process. I would recommend putting the cost of each shipping option next to the option itself. I had a lot of confusion and frustration with that portion trying to find the best shipping option.

Dear SWPS, There are always folks with cheaper products and prices. However, that is the case, cheap. We have been purchasing from you all at least for a decade or more. Never have we had a poor delivery schedule or a product that did not outperform it's advertised specifications. Outstanding service and product reliability in our experience. We have never had a failure of any of your products or a even a return to your company. Thank you all for being there for our company.

I was able to find the replacement battery that I needed and the product costs are reasonable but the shipping cost is all most as much as the product costs which seen that there should be better ways at a more resonalbe cost to ship thes products..

Shipping was a little confusing as I didn’t know cost till after purchase and had a problem once before but couldn’t find my discount code. Happy to finally start doing business with you now though.

The experience was fine - just a few small issues in refreshing the data entry. I bought the same product, for another of my rifles...but I paid a lot more for it, then. Based on the price and the relative ease of process; I'll likely be back, for more accessories, when I next need them.

Dear Sir,Yes my order came to my home within four days and was what I had odered. Which was a charger for my stinger flashlight,except it was the base unit and I called and let a message,Chris called me right back and gave me a price for the a/c cord for the base unit and had it sent right out. You have two people there that have the name Chris,so please find out which one sent me my a/c cord and give him the high-five for going out of his way to make me happy.Thank You so much,I will tell all my freinds that your company is the one to deal with.. Shipped a generic battery instead of the specific brand name battery that was pictured and described as original. The generic was replaced, but they did not include a prepaid return label. When contacted the label was e-mailed for printing.
Sloppy business practices, but the responses were handled well.

I have been a Paramedic for the past 26 years; so, I've purchased personal duty gear from several retailers. My last several purchases have been from SWPS because I have found their prices to be fair and they always ship quickly.

I purchased a battery, charger, and power supply for pennies compared to what other companies wanted to charge. I received it in less than a week, and will definitely do business again in the future.

I placed the order for two waterproof penlights on 3/10 and they arrived 3/18. This is not the first order I placed with SWPS and will not be the last. The website is easy to use and the delivery, along with email confirmation of order and shipping, is first rate. Very good experience.

We ordered 2 items later in the day and specified next day shipping. Because it was later in the day, I expected the delivery 2 days later, but the items shipped the same day the order was placed and they were delivered the next day. We were very pleased with this service.

I have been ordering from SWPS for many years now for both myself and my company. I have been very impressed with their attention to detail and their follow-up on orders. I have only purchased Streamlight flashlights. I found SWPS by shopping all over the internet for the best prices. SWPS has the best prices, best selection, and fast shipping. No I do not work for the company or get paid by them for the recommendations. The product itself is great for what I needed it to do but to charge 10.59 shipping for something that weighs a mere 3.3 OZ,( I have a scale) that's not Lbs that is 3.3 oz I think is just awful. Yes I needed the part but shipping was almost as much as the part. The part was 13.95. Not sure about any future sales? Other than that nice product.

The only complaint I have I that I paid extra for 2nd Day Air through UPS and it got here in three days instead of two. This is not a big deal its that i paid a substantial amount to get it here in two days and it didn't happen. This is probably not you guys fault though. Everything was great on your end. Got exactly what I ordered an I will order from you again if the need arises.
