The saddle was advertised as a 17.5. However the fact that the saddle is a Wide Width was not in the description as advertised. I am returning it, but I do find it unfair that I have to pay for the cost of shipping it back since the description of the size was inaccurate.

GREAT customer service!! There was a small confusion with my address when ordered. They contacted me immediately to confirm before sending it out and wasting time and the headache of it going to the wrong location. Very pleasant to deal with!

Seemed like a return to great on-line shopping experiences of the past... shipment arrived in 2 days!! And it was exactly what I ordered!! Woo-Hoo!!! Lately, orders from most vendors (including Amazon Prime) take so long to arrive, I forgot I placed the order!

This shop created the name plates, attached them and shipped my collars within a day or so. I didn't expect them to come so fast so that was exciting! Also, I messed up my personalization and they thoughtfully called me to clarify what I wanted before engraving. They were very nice and I really appreciated the customer service. I will be ordering from this store again!

The ariat dog blanket is a perfect fit. The quality is the same as any ariat jacket you would by for yourself. It add just the right amount of warm on a windy day and keeps your dog relatively clean if he decided to roll around. If they had other colors I'd by them all.

The first pair of boots we have gotten appear to be used. Your online shopping has been frustrating. When there was an error with the payment I entered it also emptied my shopping cart. First time I called I just got voicemail. This time when I entered an invalid promo code and then deleted all of my payment information that I had entered already and I had to go back and re-enter my payment information as well as my email and password. It has been frustrating.
