The tank description included "In Stock". I found this to extremely hopefully to narrow the search. I also call CS and got a quick answer for the straps. Would like to see the straps to be an option for the tank without having to call though.

This is a good product and option for boat sewage pumping when a pump out station is not available. It is affordable, however my only complaint is I did not get a confirmation of shipping until the day I received it, it took almost 3 weeks for it to ship out and my understanding was 48 hours was the ship out time frame, not a big deal if time is not an issue, but it is stressful paying that much money and not knowing what's going on for 3 weeks. Other than that, customer support was helpful when I called asking for a ship out date and the stress was worth saving almost $300 which was the average price of almost every other place I searched for the same Todd pump out caddy. The pump is exactly what I needed so I'm happy everything came in working order and was easy to put together.

I tried ordering directly via phone but the item was not in the salesperson's product listing. I need to know that I can get this product and can pick it up in Compton rather than paying shipping charges

can't believe you do not notify when shipped, asking me to call customer service day after day to get that info is a little too much, we send satellites to the edge of the galaxy and I find it hard to comprehend your not having the ability to send me an email notifying me, so you get 3 stars instead of 4

My credit card was declined yesterday, and it gave me an ambiguous error. I called and was informed that it was declined, my bank said it was because of going over a daily limit. Today when I went back to the place order page, I just clicked pay as the information was already in there and it didn't give me an error or anything. You could put a timeout on the page that informs the user or keep the session alive forever as well as make the errors less ambiguous, I didn't know error processing payment meant declined.

Had a little confusion with the "in stock" and "order from factory" part numbers. Same tank but the in stock part number had added number in the front of the part number. Also learned that Plastic-Mart and Tank Depot are the same company. Now that I know about this my orders should go smoother in the future.

Getting shipping quotes and help from the shipping department shouldn't be so difficult. I understand that shipping to Alaska presents some challenges but none of my other vendors ever had any issue with it, nor did they make me go to extremes to buy from them.

Easy to order online. provided me with shipping quote instantly. Customer service rep did contact me to confirm a few things and was very polite and professional. Only con would be that the Tank arrived a little scuffed. Would have been nice if it was wrapped prior to being shipped. Great experience and I would recommend

There appears to be an issue between what is displayed on the internet site and actual inventory at the store location. It was difficult to sort out, but eventually it did get handled to my satisfaction
