Bought 20 Panasonic mini DV tapes : AY-DVM63PQ at $4.50 each. Superb service and delivery time. Don't know how they can be the cheapest and the best at the same time! Wonderful buying experience.

With only a few comments recently, they deserve another GOOD one. Good prices on Panasonic Master Mini DV tapes and prompt delivery at reasonable S/H. No frills but good pricing/delivery, that's why we shop online!

On June 17, I had ordered two different types of MiniDV tapes, a 1GB miniSD card and a Monster firewire cable. My credit card was charged pretty much immediately for all items.

I've ordered everything with ground shipping as it wasn't urgent at all. I've received the to sets of MiniDV tapes on June 21 which seemed decently quick. The invoice in the package indicated that the other two items were on back order.

On the website when I had ordered, everything seemed to be in stock (it said 'usually ships the same day'). On June 25 I received the miniSD card but it seemed to have been shipped from a different company. I didn't really care though.

On June 26 I called the place to check on what's going on with the firewire cable and I was told that it's on back order and that there is no ETA on when I'd get it. This didn't make me very happy. The guy told me that I'd be receiving an email once it's in stock and is being shipped.

Negative points: only received initial order confirmation email, never got any email about items being on back order or email notifying me of items being shipped. never got any tracking numbers. found out that the miniSD card was quite expensive with $82.00. I found the same card, even the 2GB miniDV card for a lot less. So if I had got a notification that this was on back order, then I could've cancelled it.

UPDATE July 9: The Monster firewire cable is still on backorder and they have no ETA. They never sent out any update emails or anything like that. Just called because I wanted to cancel that and get a refund but the guy told me that he can't process it right now as the system is "updating" and he's unable to log in. IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DAY! I should call back in 30 mins. I'll try again.

I ordered twice over 2 years (special labels that I use in my AP process) -- the first 2 orders came through no problem -- my third order -- never received only an e-mail with a UPS confirmation WITHOUT A shippping # -- they won't even answer the phone any more -- no response to my e-mails (1st one nice business) 2nd one threatening fraud with VISA -- no response. So I'll be going to VISA

Ordered tape stock with 2 day shipping for a feature film project. Order was shipped incomplete. Sent several emails and phone messages (they do not answer their phone) notifying them and asking them to correct it. All were ignored, I never got a response. They basically ripped us off. Stay away!

I ordered 10 Sony miniDV tapes. Excellent price and excellent shipping. I am very happy with the quality of the tapes. They even gave a free magnet and a free pen with the order!

I placed an order on 2/8/07. My credit card was charged on 2/9/07. On 3/14/07 I received an email stating the item was on back order. ETA was the end of the week. I checked resellerratings AFTER I placed my order. I immediately responded to the email and canceled my order. On 3/15/07 I checked and found that I did not have a credit for the order. I emailed and they said it would take 2-3 days to get the credit. I did get the credit that evening, I guess. So, I didn't get what I ordered but, they did follow through with the refund in a timely manner. I will say that when I went to check up on my order the link they provided me with sent me to yahoo and wanted me to logon to my yahoo account. I haven't used a yahoo account in years. So, I was unable to verify the order in any way, shape or form. That really concerned me a lot.

I ordered on a Tuesday - I think the order came on Thursday. The prices are great, the items accurately described and shipping is prompt - what more could you want??

I ordered 50 mini DV cassettes online late in the afternoon of January 30, and had received my package by 5:00 pm the very next day! I only paid for the cheapest shipping rate possible! Their prices are the best and this is the second time I have ordered from them.

We found that the domain for this business is older than two years which could be an indication that this is a trustworthy business with an established customer base and experience in their field.
