I am disappointed to write that my experience with the Tateossian online retail store was a poor one. After speaking with a customer service representative to place my order, that individual failed to disclose that a duty/import fee would be required on my single order above a certain dollar amount. Rather than taking the initiative, the representative advised pursuing a single order rather than two individual orders that would subsequently avoid additional fees. In addition, the returns process is equally as frustrating. Requesting the returns authorization number is easy and the directions are clear and detailed, but here again, I am expected to cover the return shipping to include customs form and insurance. While I love my purchase and I look forward to using this item for years to come, I will not be returning as a customer to the online store. Not until they change their business model to be more international consumer friendly.

Ordering & delivery are brilliant - second to none - sadly the bracelet doesn't sit right when wearing/on my wrist - it sticks out rather than being a circle - so it will be returned - i will look in the shop at Westfield next time I visit London

First class service from beginning to end, particularly from Hannah in the Conduit Street, London branch. Hannah could not do enough to ensure that I got the right cufflinks and she was extremely helpful, professional and friendly. Not only do Tateossian do beautiful mens jewellery but their service really is exceptional - highly recommended!

I thought dealing with Tateossian will provide me a premium customer experience, unfortunately that was not the case with my "Lucky Me" bracelet, Order # 500004028:
1- The Silver parts of the bracelet were extremely unpolished/ almost rusty "letters were not clear because of this" & i had to polish them by myself!!
2- As one of the options when i'm placing the order I asked for a "“Gift Message” as well i sent email dated 10 June to confirm that with the customer service "[email protected]" , but i received the bracelet without the "Gift Message" as well i didn't received the reply from the customer service till now!!
3- DHL Express asked me to pay "4,850 Egyptian Pounds = $305" almost the same value of the bracelet to clear it from the airport.

I really had a wonderful experience calling Tateossian, speaking with Sumeet Ambre eCommerce & Digital Marketing Manager was brilliant. He helped locate cufflinks that I desired which were from a prior collection with ease and care. Moreover, I am such a fan of the level of detail and quality that goes into each cufflink. Especially the animal-type novelty collection.

I ordered 2 items one of which was returned. The items arrived on time and the return was processed quickly with a refund. There is no free mail back facility so if you want to return an item you pay the postage.

Mail exchanges were conducted before delivery, and delivery issues were handled in 5 working days. But the choice of DHL is very general.

I still have not received the items; the Carrier has contacted me 4 times; asking me to pay what was already paid; then, chagrinning me an extra; and now it has been 5 more days and still I have heard nothing.
