Although the products are good, if a bit expensive, and delivery prompt once you have bought from them they will bombard you with marketing emails. You can unsubscribe all you like and email asking them to stop but they just carry on. I've don't buy from them anymore and their emails are marked as harassing spam.

Products are fantastic but it took about 10 days to arrive. Still freshly roasted beans, well blended, delicious teas made it worth the wait.

I use this company for few years now and highly recommend it for any one looking after great quality teas and coffees. We were looking for company who sell whole leaf teas and fed up with supermarket stuff and this is how we found Kent tea & coffee co. Every now and again there is a promo code and there is a points program ,but main thing is selection off product and the taste.

I’ve been a customer of The Kent and Sussex Tea and Coffee Company for a couple of years now and buy both coffee and tea from them. Their on line service is great, but when I had trouble using that, there were also people you could actually talk to and were very helpful.

I bought, Spice Imperial, Camomile & English Breakfast. Spice Imperial is my favourite tea. This was my 1st purchase from this company, but it wont be my last. Excellent flavour and good value for money. Loved the minimal packaging. I bought loose tea, except for the English Breakfast which was in bags which are biodegradable which haven't been opened yet but am sure will be good as both of the loose tea blends have been great.. Would recommend the tea and the company. The company kept us informed about the progress of the order all the way through to despatch, which was slightly delayed due to the COVID 19 crisis.

There were some Covid-19 related problems at he time, but although the Diktamo Tea from Crete arrived a little late, it was worth waiting for. A very mellow, rich and satisfying brew.

The Kent & Sussex Tea & Coffee Company continue to provide a really good service & I love the taster samples they supply, as it's an opportunity to try something new.
I now have some firm favourites' but now, each time I make an order, I also try something different. On occasions this has been the freebee, which I had enjoyed last time, but if not, I try something else.

I have had 3 maybe 4 orders from the tea and coffee company, I get my coffee and my green tea . I can only say I love it... quality and customer service is spot on.. dont buy from anywhere since I found this company.

Quick delivery good prices and excellent coffee I am a barista and love a good coffee and the Bravissimo is the best coffee to enjoy at home.......especially on a weekend! They're hazelnut coffee is absolutely delicious, we also have the rooibos and chamomile and they're excellent to.

I buy virtually all my tea and coffee from The Kent & Sussex Company as he range and quality of the products is excellent. The website is very informative both in terms of how the various teas and coffees differ, and in the way to get the best out of your brew. Service and delivery are quick and reliable and its good to think I'm supporting a smaller business.

Service was very slow - took nearly 2 weeks to arrive - if you know this in advance might not be a problem

I recently bought one of the Orient Express Tea Bricks for my train loving Uncle and it was so well received for his birthday. I love finding unique gifts for people so this really is amazing.
The order took a little over a week but this was understandable during COVID and it was all packaged so well too so was worth the wait to see the look on his face.
