Ridiculous company
Terrible service its been 18 days since I ordered a phone and it still says preparation in progress. For the last 10 days I've been sending emails at the begging they were replying saying don't worry in the next few days we will send it; know they've stopped replying.
Dreadful service buy from Amazon or eBay even if you have to pay 10£ more, it's not worth the hassle.

I purchased a PIPO TV box with Windows 10 (sent to a U.S. address) and received a device programmed in Chinese. Because it did not have a legitimate copy of Windows (no product key), I had to purchase a product key just to attempt to change the language settings. After several hours of trying to locate the right language setting (all were printed in Chinese characters), it was still running Chinese in the background whenever I logged onto the internet. So I tried loading a new English version of Windows (another expense) but kept getting errors messages and the process would not complete. Company finally responded to my complaint after several weeks and authorized a return but only if shipped via the postal service. As of May 2, 2019, the USPS will no longer ship any type of computer that might contain a battery, so I tried UPS instead. They wanted to charge twice the cost of the device, and since the company would not reimburse for return shipping, that made no sense. I've already spent way more trying to fix this device than it was worth. I've learned my lesson and will never deal with this company again.

purchased by phone on the Teknistore.com website on 1st November 2019 by choosing STANDARD SHIPPING (15 working days for delivery). In December he arrives at Milan customs and freezes, the site's customer support does not provide any support and - after numerous calls to the Swiss Post customs office - I went back to why he was blocked at customs: the phone that I have paid 235 euros with shipping reported a value of 85 euros, so the GdF rightly stopped the package because it was below the value. Asking for explanations at the Teknistore website, they say that it is not true, that they know what they are doing, so I am still waiting until 22 February 2020 (3 and a half months later) where I receive the notice of withdrawal of the parcel with 66.67 euros of customs duties from pay (15 euros for customs clearance + 51.67 euros for product taxes).
I ask for explanations to the site that tells me that these are expenses that are not for them.
CONCLUSION: I do not recommend for any reason to buy even a charger from this site, you save nothing, you lose health and are TOTALLY inefficient.
ADJUSTMENT: after the first review, I was immediately contacted by the customer service telling me that they would cover (part, it is not known exactly, they speak of 30%) of the customs costs, telling me, however, that they would have done it only if I had canceled the negative comment. Now tell me, is this behavior professional in your opinion?
They admitted to having put a lower cost on the package for "don't make me pay more taxes", now I ask you, aren't they making fun of me?
Finally they say that if I don't collect the package, they will refund me in about 6 months.
To you the right considerations, from my point of view I DO NOT ADVISE ABSOLUTELY TO PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE.

After putting my order in mid October I still dont have my phone Dec. 11. Just got an email from the courier that if I want to receive the phone which traveled around the world for 2 month now I have to pay an additional tax. I am in Germany and placed my order in an UK shop. But take care they send from China and tell you by support later that it was your choice to order from china not UK. Which was not. Don't order at teknistore. Worst experience ever.

I bought Xiaomi mi mix 2 from this store with delivery by DHL. Very fast delivery, only 4 days to UK. Very happy and would buy from them again.

I order a mobile phone at their store, he was suppose to be available in stock and be shipped in two week, but one week later they contact me because they haven't the right color, and tell me i have to wait a month for the one i had choosen
I accept the new color, but i have received it one montth and two week after my order, and they refuse to make a commercial gesture for the wrong color and the delay

J'ai commander un téléphone portable chez eux qui etaient senser etre livré en 2 semaines car il était disponible en stock (selon leur site)..
au bout de d'une semaine je suis contacter par l'entreprise car ils n'ont pas la couleur demandée, et m'informe qu'il y aura un mois de délai au minimum pour avoir la bonne couleur, j'accepte donc la nouvelle couleur (car j'ai besoin d'un téléphone...)
Celui ci a mis plus d'un mois à arriver, quand je les aient contacter pour un geste commercial pour le fait de ne pas avoir livré la marchandise commander et le retard ils ont refusés

After 3 months of the purchase and a month without any information of the package they refuce to make a refund or any solution taking the money without any hope of delivering the purshase

When the item arrived I was relieved ( almost two months waiting) but after 3 months the laptop I (CHUWI Laptop se 13.3) stopped. No possibility to boot the bios or to operate with the machine.

I open then I ticket with TEKNISTORE, the laptop it is still in warranty. The problem should have been solved in 2 emails. Me:- The laptop does not works anymore could I send it back? - Teknistore should have answered: yes!

Well this is not the case: they are buying time for I whatever reason, for example, they asked me 1st to make a video of the problem which I did, then to bring the laptop to a computer shop to have it checked from a professional technician which I did too! The technician told me that the Motherboard needs to be replaced and he suggested to buy a new laptop.
Almost 25 days after I am still with this broken laptop under warranty....

Now the question you want to make yourself should be: do I really want to save 30 € ? My suggestion, spend more and have a decent western online shop.

I believe is one of the best sites for overseas shopping. I have been buying from Teknistore and it always sends the products very fast.

I have made over 30 purchases from Teknistore, and the price, delivery and after sales service has always been excellent.
The only time that I have had a problem, they refunded me the money without having to return the item.
I will definitely be using them again.

I am based in the UK and teknistore sent me a phone that has never worked as described (turns off when taking photos). I must ship back at cost to me of £35, and pay taxes at cost to me of £45. (Total cost £70).

They are totally insistent that I must pay for their mistake or they are unprepared to help.

AVOID if based on Europe.

Order shopper by Fastidio shopping and received in 1 week. Great.

J'ai commandé un téléphone sur leur site en date du 12/05/2019, en un mois j'ai toujours rien reçu car soit disant le téléphone n'était plus en stock alors que le paiement a été prélevé dès la commande et puis deuxième galère le téléphone est encore bloqué aux douanes de Luxembourg, allez voir pouquoi mon téléphone se trouve au Luxembourg.
Je déconseille fortement ce site !!!
