Aldrin was very helpful he went above and beyond to find my perfect holiday, I think teletext holidays as a company should be very proud to have staff like Aldrin working for you. Very polite no matter how many times I stressed to him about changing the flight times he stayed very professional and overly determined to find the right holiday for me. Thank you very much Aldrin for booking my 13 year anniversary trip to New York.

I would like to take my time out to thanks pascal at teletext holidays who helped us thoroughly to book our first ever holiday to. Egypt. His customer service is excellent and he was very kind and polite. He called us back to confirm our booking and worked fast and effiently. Thank you pascal! Sylvia from Teletext holidays call me this morning and sorted my my 5* holiday to Turkey in no time at all.
She was helpful and she understood I needed 10 mins to double check dates and she called me back promptly. Really helpful.
Hoping everything goes smoothly from receiving my paperwork to the final details but to date- top service from a very helpful lady! Well done Sylvia

Chandran has helped us loads to find a brilliant holiday nice and cheap and has helped with everything we needed. Super friendly and helpful would definitely come to tele text again and hopefully be put through to chandran again. Couldnt ask for better customer service skills

Our travel agent AKBAR was amazing!! Called and booked 2 holidays with him. Very friendly, went above and beyond to ensure our packages were just what we wanted! Will be calling him from now on to book my holidays .. 5 star customer service skills!!

Good experience in booking - I have used Teletext holidays before and am happy with the service although you have to recognise the price on the website is not what you pay when you book - it ends up higher due to volatile price changes with the providers.
Having said that, Fraser was helpful in getting us sorted.

Quote was more than prices online. Phoned just to get a quote and found them quite pushy to get a booking despite advising we needed to secure time off work first. Did book as competitive price and sales advisor was pleasant and helpful. Think deposits info needs changing on website as has to pay a lot more than advertised

Great customer service, easy to book the holiday over the phone and the after sales help was fantastic. Had a problem downloading my documents, I used the live chat function and the problem was fixed straight away. Looking forward to my holiday.

I have used teletext holidays for many years now and have always found them nice and easy to use. Sadly and in recent years the holiday's always work out £3/400 more expensive than advertised because they 'no longer have the exact holiday' they advertised.

Hi, I called and spoke to Imthiyaz. He was so helpful and ensured I got the best deal, the phone line went dead at one point and I was concerned I lost my deal and he called me back immediately. Very good service.

After calling a few times and not getting anywhere. I finally called again and spoke to a guy called mason whom was helpful in sorting out a good holiday for me also with the support of his supervisor Simon who was super professional and really made me feel confident in booking the holiday with them.

Very helpful and honest I advised I wanted to go on a certain date however I was advised if I went one day earlier I would save over £200 whole thing was quick and easy to do. There was no time wasting or added extras the lady made it clear from the beginning all the prices including luggage and transfer so I could decide very quickly what I wanted and what i did not. Give a call and ask for Navya

A pleasure doing business with teletext. Very easy and stress free encounter. There’s nothing more irritating that people thinking that my time is theirs to waste. So it’s a clear 10/10 and maybe DJ should either patent himself or consider a change of employment to the training department as I’m sure many other employees could benefit from his knowledge and experience.
