I ordered 2 FLir E60 IR cameras and accidently ordered 2 hard carrying cases for them. When the cameras arrived, which was right on time, I realized that the cameras came with hard cases. When I informed them of this, they quickly refunded me the cost of the two hard cases without any questions asked. I will definitely buy from them again.

I have purchased several items from Tequipment.net over the years. They have all rendered good service and were a good value for the purchase price. Order fulfillment and shipping are expedited. I only needed customer service once; they referred me to the manufacturer, who shipped me a replacement part immediately.

Just visiting NYC and decided to replace my broken FR300 ,being short on time needed advice ,got it at plenty from Tequpment staff, the suggested two days delivered ,traduced to 23 hs delivery and great support.

I pay for shipment and tax, once i recibe ir two Days late they charge me 45 dollars plus, I call u to check it and only tell me to call dhl of course they don’t care

I purchased the meter on-line along with a package of additional test leads and both were delivered within a few days and completely met my expectations.

Hard to believe I got a 4 channel 100 MHz color digital scope for $500 including serial decode capabilities.

If I had been lucky enough to find the correct item, the vendor only had a few in stock. The project I had been attempting to finish was quite time-sensitive; I didn't have time for restock lead times. TEquipment was a sight for sore eyes. They had an abundant amount of the PID controllers I had been looking for, all in stock, and ready to ship. I plan to make This company my first stop for future purchases.

I was able to get a Rigol 1054Z as an open box item at a great price. The scope arrived at my house within 3 days and appears to be absolutely unused.
