Jordan was amazing!!! My mom and I were there for 3-4 hours trying to find the perfect dress. She was patient and very helpful with suggestions and fittings! I recommend her and her customer service to anybody!

I had a great experience there and I wasn’t even the one shopping for a dress. I went with my sister who was looking for a prom dress and she was already disappointed with our search prior to getting to Terry Costa. When she walked in she was a little intimidated with all of the dresses and all the people in the store. Then Abby comes and saves the day and my sister’s anticipation about finding a dress slowly dissipated. She had one idea about her dress and then Abby got her the dress of her dreams. We absolutely loved Abby and her persistence on finding my sister the perfect dress. She made it a wonderful experience and my sister left feeling beautiful and more confident than when she first walked in. Thank you Abby for doing that and I am definitely coming back to Terry Costa again.

Terry Costa 12/10!! I'd give more than 5 stars if I could! Heather was my stylist for the day and did an AMAZING job! She was easy to talk to and understood what I (and my mom) wanted in a dress and was always nearby and available. She made my shopping easy, stress free, and fun! All of my friends also went to TC for their dresses and had a similar experience. I will definitely be recommending them to anyone who asks!

Jordan was super friendly and helped me find my perfect prom dress! She was very patient with me while I tried on several styles and was very happy to run and find other colors and sizes for me. She also had a great eye for what worked best for my body. I will definitely be returning for other events that I have in the future!

I walked in on a Saturday with a party of 7 to shop bridal. I do recommend either having an appointment, or going during the week for bridal gown shopping, because the store was packed with prom dress shoppers.
However the overall experience was fabulous! Vera was so helpful, & extremely sweet. I walked in with no clue what I wanted, and walked out with the most perfect wedding dress, thanks to all of her patience and assistance!

I absolutely LOVED my experience at Terry Costa! The fitting room line was long but we got through it very quickly and efficiently. Heather was our fashion consultant and she was truly amazing. She made me feel absolutely beautiful in the dress she picked out for me! She helped me find the perfect dress and earrings and gave me great advice for gemming and shows as well! I loved her so much and helped me pick out the best prom dress! Wonderful place!

I had the best experience at Terry Costa with Vera. Vera was so kind and truly cared about me finding the right dress. I was able to try on so many dresses and really get a feel for what I was looking for. I didn't find the "one" dress at this appointment, but I will definitely be back strictly for Vera. She even stayed late to help me narrow down my options and really find the perfect dress for me.

Another customer stepped on the back of my daughters dress - THE DRESS we had finally decided on! - and ripped the train almost completely off. The staff was so kind and helpful and told us not to worry. They found the exact dress at the warehouse in NY. They had it shipped directly to our home address and it arrived within 10 days. Fantastic service and very friendly when the incident occurred!

I could not have had a more pleasant experience at the bridal boutique. My consultant, Victoria, went above and beyond to make my visit a breeze! There was no pressure to buy, and she made me feel like a queen. I was not particularly keen on walking their runway, so she was able to accommodate me by allowing me to try on the gowns and model them in the smaller, more private dressing area with a wall of mirrors. This made me feel much more comfortable! I am not from the Dallas area, so she made sure to get my measurements prior to my departure, that way I would be able to call to place an order, should I decide to do that. Several weeks later, I called to have my first payment drafted during one of their sales events, but the sales consultant informed me that the designer actually had one gown already made in my size, which would take months off of my wait time for production of another gown. She was kind enough to honor their sale early, so I could get that dress. This made me feel so special, and I was super appreciative that they would do that! I never thought I would have fallen in love with a dress like the one I ended up buying, but I absolutely cannot wait to wear it on the big day! We are eloping in Santorini, so it is perfect to travel with, but I did not have to sacrifice any of the quality or detail to achieve this thanks to the help of the Terry Costa team!

Joey is very helpful with us. He tried to find some alternate gown that he thinks will suit me. Easy to talk to and very friendly as well as Gayle. I would buy my gown again there if occasion permits.

Liza was AMAZING! I was super nervous about trying on dresses and not feeling good in any. She made the entire experience relaxing and fun! I found my dress and felt beautiful! She was very knowledgeable about all the dresses and veils. She made the experience personal and enjoyable!

Loved the dresses. Store does need more space. It was a lot of bumping into several customers as aisles are very hard & overcrowded to move through especially when carrying dresses. The person helping during the fitting also seemed over occupied. Overall we love the prom dress we chose & have referred others.

Even though I found my dream wedding dress here, it was the worst experience of my wedding dress shopping experience. They have a system where you pin a clothespin to the dresses you want to try on, but you only receive about 5 to start and that was not enough. By the time there was availability for me to go into the dressing room, most of my clothespins had disappeared from the dresses I pinned, causing my mom to have to search for those dresses again. (No, another bride did not try them on. They were still on the rack and did not have another bride's clothespin on it.) The assistant I had barely helped me. The most she would do was put the dress back on the hanger, while I got in and out of the dress myself, unbuttoned/buttoned/zipped/unzipped/etc. all on my own. She was so unhelpful that the representative for the Maggie Sottero trunk show ended up helping me get in and out of the dresses. I am thankful for her because she did not have to help me but she still did.
They have a fantastic selection of wedding dresses and I do recommend looking at Terry Costa, just wish the service was better.
