So after church, my family and I decided to go out and eat at texas roadhouse. Who are you kidding!! So who do they think they are for trying to stop us from eating together. What was I suppose to do, let my 3 year old eat by himself. This is a joke.

The staff was amazing,are sever Katie was amazing she got me and my brother another drink when we did not ask ( but we were about to ask).After you read my review you should go to Texas Roadhouse PS they all helped each other and there food is the best food in the universe

I had the worst experience ever at Texas Roadhouse in Madison Heights. First of all, they lost my call in order according to the server. I waited for 40 minutes to get my order curbside. He kept telling me they were looking for my order and they couldn't find it. In the meantime about 15 to twenty people were getting their orders and leaving. Some even pulled right up and left within minutes. I kept my cool because I know this volume of curbside orders may be different for them in light of social distancing protocols put in place because of Covid 19. I finally got my food only to see that the salmon was completely burnt and dry. The bottom was crispy like brown crispy it was so burnt. So I call the restaurant to complain that my sal.on was burnt even after I waited way too long to get my order. The girl told me to bring it back. I said I am too far away to come back now. She says you can bring it within the next day or so. That is ridiculous. Would I actually go through the trouble to call back and complain if it wasn't burnt and if I didnt have to wait forever. Anyway, that's it for me. I'm done with that texas roadhouse and they should be ashamed of themselves for the service, or lack of service I received. Then to tell me to bring it back like I'm lying, check with the cook, he knows exactly what I'm talking about.

I understand these are trying times but if you are going to offer take out service it should be just as good as dine in service. We did not receive half of what we ordered and we were very disappointed in our meal.

On a recent take out order, most of the dinner was thrown away. The baked potato had big chunks of salt on the skin and the inside tasted as if it had been standing for days. The green beans has so much salt that they, along with the potato were thrown away. The ribs and the salad were fine. We quit going inside because of the noise level and have gotten takeout before but this was the worst. We won't be going back.

After a hard day a work, place my order and drive across town to get it. I get home and my order for my kids not there. I was so upset (furious). I called and then drove back across town. I get their and parked a n.v d Jump out of my car. Then the manager tells me to get BBC back into my car. They had my order outside. Cold Another Lady was yelling stuff at me. So I shouted some things back and the manager telling to leave. Probably not welcome back. I have spent so much money there the past 5 years

I visited a Texas Roadhouse in the Maryland area. I noticed after dinning the bust guys were cleaning off tables and using the same rug on the seats as the tables... OMG NASTY and he went from table to table... Lots of restaurants does this, I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY AT LEAST HAVE TWO RAGS FOR TABLES AND CHAIRS.

I called and placed a order at this place I could not understand what the guy was telling me were to pick up my food my family spends about 600 a month with restaurant and the gentleman hung the phone up in my face I would be careful cause the manager did not even tell me he was sorry my number is 5015906905

My parents and I have been dining at the Clarksburg Texas Roadhouse for over 18 years. They have never let us down in having a fun dining experience. Their seafood, steaks, and side orders are superior. The staff is more like our family, since loosing my mother in 2013. The staff helps my father and I to feel right at home.

Wow what can i say i love texas roadhouse i haven't been in about a year. But i can still taste those dinner rolls and cinnamon butter delicious. The salad is even good and i am NOT a salad person but there's is very good. And the steaks are soooo good i have not been dissatisfied my birthday is this Friday i am hoping and praying someone takes me :) A Wonderful place to eat and just all around nice restaurant.

Even though restaurants are semi open for business patrons should not be whooping and hollering at their top of their lungs with no mask insight! What about the patrons that want to be safe? What about children? The workers for that matter! Very selfish of people to act in that manner and can't believe Texas Roadhouse doesn't tell them to stop . their spit flying all over the place when they're screaming like that over some kind of sports game or something. Ridiculous I will not go back.

Don't assume the customer is not paying attention when you asked to see the coupon and we open our phone to show you... don't talk $#*! like we can't hear you cause we can... when we ask you to wait a minute after hurlings the food in our car don't run off cause we had a problem with the bill. We had questions and you made it look like And inconvenience to you They want us to support our local restaurants then maybe they should Have a little bit more patience for the customers. This is all new to everybody

The food was great no doubt and prices were cheap but staff definitely needs to more educated. They were so rude and unfriendly. This place used to be a pretty good place to hanout but now its terrible. The order was really messed up and I have never been this disappointed

We enjoy getting take out from Texas Roadhouse. We don't go to the restaurant because it's too noisy and we can't have conversation. Tonight when I called Texas Roadhouse to place a "to go order", I waited for over 20 minutes and had to listen to that stupid song 16 times. I was hung up on 3 times. The 4th time I called, instead of hitting "4" for a "to go order" I hit "3" for all other calls and finally got through. 0We enjoy the food from Texas Roadhouse, why do you make it so difficult to get?

I was expecting the food here to follow in the old Southern tradition but was pleased to find the menus trending in a contemporary direction with emphasis on lean, fresh and organic fare -- while still keeping with Low Country/Southern convention. My favorite dish at the Ocean Terrace Restaurant, in fact, was shrimp and grits topped with a tasty tasso sauce and loaded with locally netted Georgia white shrimp,which are positively unmatched for flavor. The chef and his staff are staunch advocates of the farm-to-table concept, sourcing produce, meats, poultry and dairy products almost exclusively from Georgia organic farms.

2 times went to eat with my wife last 2 times they brought me 16 oz. sirloin so that's what they said it was when I allways order 16oz.ribeye server took 10 minutes to ask what we wanted to drink I hadto ask for bread wich they never brought to us until the end of the meal , server told my wife she ordere 16oz. cowboy cut sirloin you don't even have that on menu

During covid 19 4/4/2020 we did a take out order. the service was amazing & wonderfull, everybody outside was doing their jobs Politely, getting my name and calling in for order delivery, Within seconds the order was there. The meals were hot & exactly as we had ordered. the dinners were Excellent. thank you

Don't order out from The Texas Roadhouse on 1542 Street road Bensalem pa I placed an order to pick up and she said 15 minutes!!!!! My fiancé went there to pick up my food and they said my order didn't exist!!!! Bunch of young Kids flirty with each other!!! My order was placed with a young female!! Really?? Never again!!! I was wanting a great steak, salad and baked potato, and that's exactly what I got. Even in this covid 19 pandemic Texas Roadhouse was a welcomed friend. The food was excellent and the curbside Service was equally great. I highly recommend this restaurant in Decatur, Al.
