I placed 3 different orders to this company. Two of them on 01/22/2018 and another one on 2/2/2018. I was told to be patient that they were back logged but they would let me know when my items ship. Well, it is now 2/20/2018 and I have yet to see my orders. When I check my account, it says the orders are "pending shipment".

I have read reviews dated back to 2015 and before where customers gave them a great customer rating. However, any reviews after 2015 are all one star. What has happened to this company since 2015? Does it not bother them that most of the reviews are saying to not order from them? I wish I had seen the reviews prior to my ordering.

If I hear from them after this latest email I sent, I will update my review. However, at this time, I would not recommend them to an enemy or friend. I would say they are doing false advertising.

Order the solar Led light on Sep 26 and was following up with Customer service every week for 3 weeks. Later on the 4th week I called them after holding the phone line for 15 minutes and said the items is not available at the moment. Very Disappointing. Also REFUND took more that 14 days.

Never ever going to order from here even if its for FREE...

Placed several orders thru this company over the past year. Their service to the customer is exceptional, and response time in regard to any issue you may have with an order is the quickest I have had. Rate them 5 stars overall from product availability, shipping/packaging, to customer service. They all do a great job.!!
Try them, you will recommend to others.

I have been a regular customer for a few years. They have always been slow to ship my orders. My last order will be my last order indeed, 20 days and it is still being processed. Customer service responded to my inquiry a week ago saying they were backed up and it would ship soon, a week later it still has not shipped

Have one order waiting to be processed for a month, contacted customer service, she put a 'rush' on it, and it is still waiting to be shipped. They are very good at taking your money, but not so good at delivering.

I have been a member of the Monthly Mystery Box Of Awesome for a while now, I I get the box for $34.99, I figure go big or go home, right? I even ordered the Mother’s Day Mystery Box this year, which, Thank the Lord, came on time!

I have now ordered from the actual site 3 times. My first experience was pure hell. I literally wrote to customer service about 4 times before I got a response, and when I did, I felt as if I was getting attitude from them, not understanding because of the lack of communication between them and me. It turns out with that order, there was an item on back order that had been taking a while to get there, understandable. All I want is a little communication.

This time around I have ordered over $160 worth or stuff, and have written customer service over 3 weeks ago, so they’re about to lose $35 a month, plus someone who is willing to buy that dollar amount in product a month on top of the Mystery Box.

They truly need to work on their customer service. I have also tried to call them, repeatedly, and only get their answering machine. They do not provide me with tracking numbers for my items that I have bought, only the Mystery Boxes. I would take screenshots of the customer service responses, because they’re seriously plain rude, but I’ll just leave it at that.

It just really **** that I truly LOVE the Mystery Box, but I want to make a statement that they can’t run a company this way, and keep loyal customers, because it’s NOT okay.

So they billed me for the box on the 10 and forgot to have money in the account but they recharged my card again on the 15 (without me asking) and it went through no word on 5/30 about getting box so I emailed and then they stated that they will be shipping it out soon waited 2 weeks and emailed again the one lady that has always emailed me (must only have one lady) made a tracking number but it really wasn't sent. Long story short sent another email and she said well any payment after the 10th of a month will be the next months box so they have charged me for two boxes and even though I contacted them on the 30th and again before the 10 of the next month and even expressed my concern of having a double box she told me not one will be May and the other June

Placed order on 03/11/2012, received FedEx tracking number within several days. Today is 3/19/2012 and the order has still not been shipped. Emails have also not been responded to.

Purchased carpets in May 29th, it says shipping is 7 days. Now it is July and I still get nothing! Contacted the customer service and no one answers the call, write emails except the automatic reply. On June 29th I received a notice said my order is being prepared for shipment, and when I track that order, it is still saying "Shipping label created. Package en route to carrier" by now. I guess it will never been shipped, just a fake item for scam. Don't buy from this website, it is fake. 3207267

False Information provided regarding shipping...Yes they created a label and never shipped the product 3 to 8 business days to receive...but ZERO movement on the product...meaning I won't get it in 3 to 8 business days....
I stupidly ordered without reading a single review....what a mistake! I called my CC company up and requested a charge back and they gave it to me and said if I end up receiving the items just keep it!

I ordered 8 pair of sunglasses. It took me about a month to get order. Video showed them as Nike and other name brands. I could have gone to Dollar Tree and got better glasses for a buck each.

Waiting for a package for 3 weeks now and the tracking number provided shows the package never got to the post office. 3 emails to this outfit have not been returned. I have a feeling that I am out of the money. Tried calling today and had to leave a message.

ordered on 5-02-18 have not received order to this date.have tracking # on 5-03 stating waiting on parcel pick up???
shipment and feedback is horrible to say the least. Price MAY be good . this like you can buy gasoline for .25 cent a gallon-but can not get it ! My next step is to cancel my order and contact for a refund and contacting my credit card for the same.

My advice is to stay clear of this outfit (wished I had read the 1 star reviews-plentiy of them . When you receive this many 1 star rating you have to be bad.

It took 10 days before I got a shipping confirmation. The package never actually showed as received by the carrier (only tracking info received by them). I created a support ticket with the merchant on January 7th and as of January 11th I still have not heard back from them.

jan 12 update: After adding additional notes to my support ticket linking this review, I finally received a response. The shipment is presumed lost and as they are now out of stock on the item I ordered they are issuing a refund.

Last month I ordered a 1101 flashlight (self defense) and a mystery box to go with it and it didn't come for close to a month. I tried to call them within two weeks and they still have the message on there saying that they were doing Christmas deals and that their packages were being mailed out late but this was after January and there was no reason for it to be late because the holidays were over. Finally I got ahold of the employee in the room play didn't tell me but the Packers still wasn't mailed out until close to the end of the month I'm not understanding why because it took my payments at the beginning of January so you would think that you'd get your package sooner give me 10% off of the total of my bill and I compromised and I waited another two weeks to get my package when I got my package my mystery box was supposed to be full of mystery stuff that was $10 or more and I probably got like four items they were bark box items i dont have any animals!A dog bacon calendar, a cat cloth made coin purse with a zipper, one pair of socks mens and a cheap flashliflasht. it was supposed to be a mystery box it's in a mystery bag (plastic mystery bag). I was so upset I tried to call and just like any other day they never answer the phone it's like they're understaffed or something I'm not sure what kind of business they are running but they are not running a very legit business I wouldn't recommend ordering anything from them because they're shipping **** and their mystery boxes are full of crap!

I ordered 1 box only in MAY and they continued to charge my card for 4 months without authorization, delivering crap that was not requested. The customer service people are a joke. Any company who does not list a phone number where you can talk to a live person is out for your money and has no regard for service or a creating a good reputation. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

My order was accidently processed twice, $9.99 times 2, and I didn't realize until after I received shipping notice for 2 orders. I contacted customer service and they acknowledged the duplicate and agreed to refund me for the duplicate order as well as let me keep the items from the duplicate order. Great customer service and I will buy from them again!
