This claims a free led dream catcher product for 1.95 shipping cost as a company celebration of 100,000 happy customers and then charges 46.00 then claims there is little to NO refund and that's their policy! Just terrible.

I purchased a $800 Luminox watch that was faulty. I shipped it back for refund and was told the watch was faulty do to mistreatment from myself. I didn’t even get a chance to wear it considering It was faulty right out of the box. Customer is at fault with DiscountShop. STAY AWAY!

I ordered a G-Shock watch from DiscountShop through Walmart’s website. The estimated arrival date came and went and my watch still hadn’t shown up. I contacted my post office and they said the watch had been delivered. I then contacted my apartment office and they said there was absolutely no record of my watch being delivered. I proceeded to contact DiscountShop about the situation, and they told me there was nothing they could do. They refused to give me a refund or replacement. This happened back in June - I still don’t have the watch. That’s $107.80 I’ll never see again. Be careful with this company.

Nowhere does it say you have to pay a $45 usd fee for a membership as they advertise items free with $1.95 shipping. Please do not use, I called my visa and had them give me a refund these people are clowns.

Ordered 29th June 2018 through Afterpay, a pair of blue cat ears ear phones. Still waiting! Afterpay has been paid, It's now 13th August. The tracking stopped in Melbourne on the 11th July. And they tell me it will be another 2 weeks. From Melbourne?????? I'm Never dealing with this incompetent excuse for a business again!!!!! Should have bought them on eBay.

I bought an X's Drive II from The Discount Shop in May 2003. The order and delivery went well, and now 9 months down the track the X's Drive stopped working. I contacted the manufacturer, who didn't give me much hope, and said to contact the retailer. The Discount Shop was VERY helpful, and with no questions asked they offered to send me a NEW unit (without a harddrive, as my one still worked) free of charge! I honestly didn't believe it would arrive, but to my surprise it did! 10 point The Discount Shop :-D

I ordered a large skirt online only to find it doesnt even fit my 10 year old grand daughter. I have tried numerous times to get a response from onlinediscountstore regarding a return address which conveniently isnt noted on their website. They now are saying to prove to them that their sizing chart and my order differs. You cannot even open the sizing chart online to view it . totally disgusted with their service.

****THIS COMPANY IS A RIP-OFF****Order something for $1.95 + shipping, it comes out to $46! They will NOT refund the full amount. They try to keep a $35 membership fee with they refuse to give back even when you cancel your order! After arguing for 15 min they'll agree to give 25% back! Do Not Buy From This Company!

We have found that this business does not have SSL (secure sockets layer), which means that you should think twice before trusting this business with your data, such as personal information or credit card details, because your information will not be digitally connected to a cryptographic key and secure connection cannot be established. We discovered that the domain for this business is relitevely new, which means that it could be a start-up business that does not yet have a huge amount of customers.
