Thanks !!!
I corresponded multiple times with the customer care representative to see when the second bike would arrive. Not once did the company offer anything for delay. Once the second bike arrived, we opened them together. I paid for the 99% assembly for both bikes. Let me tell you it was not 99% built and the instructions were not very clear unless you are a bike expert. Once we figured out the main components to attach we took them for a ride. Immediately, you could tell that the front disc brake on my bike was bent and rubbing continuously on one side of the brake pads which slowed me down tremendously.
I called customer care bike sales and spoke to what sounded like an 18 year old kid. He in no way shape or form should have been in customer care. He talked over me numerous times and would not let me speak. He acted like a know it all. The end result is that the company will will be sending a new disc brake. Do you know how to install one of these? Well I don't, thats why I paid for the 99% installation. The kid suggested I take it to a bike shop and have them put it on. Wow, I could have done that in the first place and saved myself the $99 assembly fee.
Very upset about this whole process and again, nothing to help the customer.
The issue is proper expectations have not been set from the onset and now I'm forced to purchase an upgraded fork after riding this one for 225 miles. That is absolutely unacceptable and essentially I am left with a pretty well spec'd gravel bike that I am already upgrading. Looks like I will be on my way to building a custom Cyclocross bike way sooner than I anticipated.
As I face palm myself with buyer's remorse, I will continue to only work with my local bike shop, and whenever The-House/Framed sends me my replacement, I will quickly put it for resale to recover some additional costs I incurred in being forced to upgrade a component that the original manufacturer will not stand behind.
But then again, what was I expecting? I got a well spec'd bike for $1100. The fork had to be crap honestly. Just glad it didn't fail in a high speed descent.
Thank you.

So far I've received no response from customer service. Will keep trying.
