I ordered on Monday 18 May in the afternoon. Probably bad timing with bank holiday weekend, lockdown and only selecting the 2-5 working day delivery option, however Tuesday 26 May and no items delivered.

Ordered a book for my father for Father's Day in plenty of time for it to be delivered to his house. Received an email the day before Father's Day (after the delivery date) explaining that I was getting a refund because the last item in the warehouse was water damaged. This was too late for me to order a replacement gift.

I’ve ordered books on Thursday and paid £9.99 for express 24h delivery. I’ve received them on Monday afternoon...if you can’t fulfill my request, don’t charge me. They refused to refund the delivery cost ????????

I ordered a selection of books for my teenage daughter and they had everything she wanted. Delivery was good and they were reasonably priced compared to other sites.

I ordered a book on Friday evening. It was actioned on Monday and the book arrived on Wednesday. Fast and efficient service.

Great price of £8.95 for a book selling at £20 elsewhere. Delivered efficiently with minimal packaging. First time I have used Book Bundle, very impressed .
