I originally contacted Buy to Let Brokers for advice regarding one remortgage, they were able to offer a mortgage product which was much better value than i could find myself, they were also able to prove the benefits of remortgaging a second property which has saved me a substantial payment each month. I have purchased another two properties in the last three months and had no hesitation in approaching Buy To Let Brokers for their assistance with these mortgages. I received a fast and efficient service from Duncan and Nick and would recommend this Broker to anyone. It was an excellent service and the fees where very good value.

I dealt with Becky and Matt from the BTL Broker. The service we received was clear, concise and we felt there was genuine appreciation for the importance of the purchase. We would highly recommend the BTL Broker to friends and family looking to buy property for investment.

I would highly recommend the buy to let broker having successfully completed on my property. Both Angie and Fran who dealt with my case were brilliant at responding to queries, very attention to detail focused, listen correctly and then deliver on what they say will do in a timely fashion. I noticed this difference as I had to switch mortgage brokers half way through the process as my first offer encountered some difficulties which the broker at the time was unable to resolve in a timely and efficient fashion. Angie and Fran were recommend to me by a friend, who were able to take on my case, sort out a new lender and keep me posted all the way through. They sent emails and text updates outside normal working hours and I always felt in the loop. I would definitely recommend them to others going forward.

The guys at, 'The Buy To Let Broker', especially Duncan and Nick have been great! They provided a professional service from the get-go. Were very responsive to all my emailed questions, with clear and concise answers. They beat my previous offer in many aspects, which had fallen through due to the current climate. Would definitely recommend these guys. Great service.

Duncan Winsland

I have had discussions with Duncan on many occasions over the last 2 month on a complicated remortgage arrangement.

He has shown himself very knowledgeable of the mortgage market and has suggested alternatives and advised me.

The Buy to let broker have won many awards after re-mortgaging 10 properties with them Its not hard to see why. The level of knowledge on buy to lets HMO's is way better than anyone else I have used in the last 15 years. In fact I have never used the same broker twice I will be now though! A special mention on lots of great advise on some issues I had with my HMO's from Fran. Also help with credit file issues and securing some top mortgage deals and sound advise from Angela.

I have had the pleasure of working with Steve and Sarah for 15+ limited company BTL mortgages this year. Communication has always been excellent and they make sure to keep on top of all cases, pushing them through as quickly as possible, negating problems when they arise and dealing with external parties who can be frustrating at times. My time is very limited so having a competent team who I fully trust and can handle the process for me from start until finish has been invaluable and I look forward to working with them next year on future investments.

I've used the Buy to Let broker a number of times now and every time I can't fault them, it's why I keep coming back! Angie has been incredibly helpful talking me through all the available options to me and even answering a few tricky questions when they were non-standard buy to lets I was looking for. Once I picked my deal Fran steps up and ensures that all the paper work goes through without a hitch. As I work full time the two of them work together fantastically to ensure I have minimal chasing to do, even helping to organise the valuations for me.

I own 20 buy-to-let properties, all with mortgages. I have dealt with The Buy To Let Broker for about 6 years and they have completed over thirty mortgages in that time. Angie & Fran have provided me with a fantastic service backed up by others in the company. I am currently completing two mortgages and even through the difficulties presented by the Coronavirus lockdown they have remained extremely efficient and kept the pressure on both the Lender and my solicitor. They have always put my interests first and found the best product fro me. I would highly recommend The Buy To Let Broker, particularly Angie & Fran.

I have used the services of The Buy to Let Broker for over 8 years, having worked initially with Matt Hardman and more latterly with Ange Blakesley ably assisted by Fran Bradshaw.

As a portfolio landlord, I seek out value and The Buy to Let Broker provide it in spades! The team provide a cost-effective service but more importantly offer a level of technical, market and lender knowledge that is invaluable.

I have worked closely with Angie and Fran for a number of years and over this time they have provided a thoroughly professional, pragmatic and dogged approach to all my cases. In the current market, with tightening regulations and with pressure from all sides their role cannot be easy yet they undertake every task with a clear, light-hearted approach allowing their personalities to show through. Angie and Fran do everything I expect from a Broker, they provide expert market knowledge, understand my requirements and deliver accordingly, I can't recommend them highly enough.

I searched for 2 years via multiple brokers trying to secure finance on a very complex probate case. Duncan was able resolve this immediately. He also was also able to provide his wealth of knowledge on a number of issues outside of the the normal remit expected from a broker. This knowledge provide invaluable.

I was a first time buyer and Steve was brilliant. I had A LOT of questions and Steve was more than happy to help out. He gave me lots of advice and didnt hesitate to help when I asked him for different rate options (he was very patient.). He also didnt complain when he had to view 12 months worth of password protected payslips! I also dealt with Tom and he too was very helpful. They both made the experience of buying my first house an enjoyable one. I went into Natwest during the process and they asked me why I hadnt come to them direct for a mortgage and the answer was because using Steve and Tom was worth every penny. From peace of mind to ease of service, i wouldnt hesitate using Buytolet again. One very happy customer!

Hi all,
I have used the team at BTLB a few times in recently years. Rachel and Becky have been superb with me. In terms of expertise, help, guidance, hand holding and great relationships and deals with lenders they are fabulous. The level of customer care experienced by myself and colleagues (I have referred BTLB to various friends and business associates over the last few years) all of whom have never previously experienced this quality and level of service. 10/10.
