I have been getting equipment from fitness depot for about 10 yrs. Matt is awesome and trust worthy. When I pay a lot for equipment I want to trust the person I work with and Matt is my go to guy. I like the selections and outstanding service of fitness depot and will continue to purchase equipment from them.

Product is great and the purchase experience was very good. Installation went well accept the installer complained about the 3 steps on entry. Also installer wanted to start a fight over politics, this made the overall experience Fitness Depot less than desired.

Keith was very knowledgeable and helped me choose the perfect elliptical for my needs (Life Fitness E3). He and his delivery crew worked around all the rain we've been having to get my elliptical to me in a timely manner. It's super quiet and smooth and is getting daily use. Love it! I would definitely recommend Keith and Fitness Depot.

Unlike fitness purchases from other vendors, this one was a pleasant experience from start to finish. Dan and Todd, with FD, went to great lengths to determine which treadmill would fit my unique requirements. I was allowed to try several machines at my leisure without any hint of high pressures sales. Todd even took the time to explain proper exercise routines on several machines. And last, but certainly not least, the gentlemen from Impact who delivered and installed the machine were the epitome of competent installation service. They showed up on time with the right tools and installed the machine in record time, all the time being polite and efficient. A great experience!

I recently made major purchases for my home gym. Dan Drees of Fitness Depot (Alpharetta). Dan was very knowledgeably represented the highest standards of Fitness Depot is a true ambassador to the customer! He is extremely responsive, follows-up, very patient, and technically astute of product offerings! The delivery and install of my new fitness equipment was time, professional and flawless! Thank you Dan and Fitness Depot!

I went to the showroom on Roswell rd and was greeted by Todd. I said I was looking for an exercise bike and he showed me the various options answering my questions. I liked the Spirit and rode it for 10 minutes to check it out . It felt great and I decided to buy it. That was Monday or Tues. and it was delivered on Thur. by a very competent man who placed it where I wanted it and answered my questions. It works like it did in showroom and I'm delighted.

It's been a solid week since we bought and paid for our elliptical, yet we still don't have it. I have called numerous times and every time I receive a different story. This is the second time we've bought from Fitness Depot and I'm frustrated that this is the level of service (or lack there of) we're receiving this time.
