Sandy and his team were brilliant. They were very friendly and helpful in the positioning of the hot tub and they installed the hot tub very efficiently. Paul was very thorough in the explanation of the hot tub controls. I would definitely recommend Grizzly Bear hot tubs. From the staff in the showroom to the installation team, they were all fantastic. Can't wait to for it to heat up and jump in!!

I travelled over 2 hours to visit the showroom and the trip was worth every minute. Friendly and knowledgeable service and I could see the Hot Tub operating that I was interested in. Installation was excellent with the guys running through the controls. Absolutely outstanding from start to finish.

Really happy with my hot tub ordered it two weeks ago and it arrived two weeks early. The two boys fitting it were class and explained everything really well

The severe was good at the start and pretty much most of the time though once the hot tub was installed it was leaking they promptly arrived but unable to resolve problem due to not having a rubber seal, guys came back second day said that drain cap wasn't tight enough tightened and said all ok it wasn't it was still leaking still no rubber seal in connection next visit ptf tape fitted I still wanted a seal fitted told this part didn't have one but finally one was fitted when I phoned to complain after second visit at this point I was having to top up tub 2 to 3 times a day I was made to feel I should expect these kind of problems I don't think this is the case. When spending a lot of money on a new product of this nature it should be installed in fully working order especially the most fundamental part that the tub retains water. The tub is working fine now to the long and short of it, there is room for improvement in the after sales department

I have had 5 star service from grizzly bear hot tubs from the very start of buying and am still receiving it with the after care service nothing is a problem and immediate answers from any questions excellent, can’t recommend them highly enough would not go anywhere else Thank You So Much

The service from staff in store I think the young man's name was Scott was excellent he was very knowledgeable about the hot tubs and and his friendly advise and service was excellent. We purchased the tub and the 3 men who came to fit it were very helpfull and efficient, one of the men explained all the working of the tub and how and when to use chemicals. I have recommended grizzly bear to my friend

From the first visit to the showroom in Carnoustie I was made very welcome by the sales representative who was very helpful but not intrusive and gave me time to look around.
When required his knowledge was very good and reassurance was in place from the start.

On delivery the guys could not have been more helpful, and insured all my requests were carried out for the setup and install of my tub.
