If you want to know the real score for The Insurance Emporium, look at the E&L Insurance first. Even our Direct Debit we have signed for Insurance Emporium comes as E&L. Don't trust their marketing fluff with all "as seen on tv" and Mr. Benn rubbish. They will put pet policy in such way, so the small text will be nicely buried deep down, while they will claim on the front pages that they will give you the moon and the stars including providing the nice looking coverage for public liability for example, the small print in the multiple exclusions somewhere on the page 18 of the policy will render that coverage effectively useless. So, you will be paying them and then one day when you will log even a tiny claim, Insurance Emporium will refuse it, then they will change the policy at will and they will backdate it to the date when you have logged the claim facing you with the fact :) Clever bunch, dishonest and disgusting, but nonetheless clever... And finally, when you all frustrated will tell them what you think about their dishonesty, they will do nothing better but release their head of legal team who will blatantly threaten you to try to silence you all together. We thank God, the Insurance Emporium have shown their true colours on a minor claim of 389 pounds. What if we would have a real problem and needed more expensive support? If you want to know "what if" in the style of the Insurance Emporium, please read all the 1-star reviews here, on google and other sources. Then you will be able to make your own judgment and decide if you want to risk your pet wellbeing and life. Verdict: The one to be avoided like the plague.

Been paying around £35 a month for years and we had to take our dog to be checked as he was in a bad way. The vet charged over £250. When putting the claim in to these scumbags, we got £52 back!! What the hell is the point in us paying this amount a month???? Its disgusting!!! ?
We have now found a new insurance company which is less than half the price and covers just as much as this one! Go elsewhere and save your money!!

Changed insurers for my horse after 6 years with the same insurer. The Insurance Emporium website was easy to quote online and the price was almost £200 cheaper than other insurers, the excesses were much lower,plus the exclusions were much more reasonable/specific once the policy was confirmed, so I'm very happy with them so far. Hope I don't have to claim but their other good reviews have given me confidence if I do need to.

I purchased my pet insurance on line & my documents were emailed within a few hours, I found the process extremely straightforward & easy to navigate around, also not to lengthy.

Execellent help on the phone, I discovered that I was entitled to a 2nd dog discount of 10% as I already had one dog insured.

I renewed my insurance over the phone last year but a year later when I was expecting a renewal quotation, it became apparent they had not implemented it! No apologies or recurrence prevention plan....nothing.

I have just taken out a second years policy with The Insurance Emporium, they offer an excellent service, shopped around but personally I couldn't find a better policy. Unfortunately I have had to make a claim for a cruciate rupture on my dog, claim dealt with quickly and efficiently. I would recommend The Insurance Emporium based on my experience with them.

The person that I spoke to, I think her name is Chris was friendly and explained everything in a clear manner

the team mainly Jonathon kilganon was very helpful and went beyond normal service to put my mind at rest the 1 downfall is lack of communication once you have paid for your policy that nothing is confirmed re payment I was left fopr 3 days not knowing if I had insurance or not

The screen froze so I phoned up but the advisor I spoke to soke so fast I couldn't understand-when I asked him to slow down he did in a sarcastic manner. When reviewing T &Cs I realised it wasn't what I wanted so I cancelled.

Only took one payment for insurance this year in January, So means we were left with no pet insurance for the next few months.One should have a system set up where its flagged up if such a mistake occurs.

i Have one pony insured already with insurance Emporium and I called recently to get cover for our new pony. The sales assistant was very helpful and friendly. She completed the cover promptly and had all the answers to my questions.

i was previously insured by e and l which had shot up this year so i found emporium which are something to do with e and l but half the cost per month, the lady i spoke to was really helpful after i completed the policy online

I found Emporiums website easy to use, and received a great price for my static Caravan annual insurance - very happy!!

It’s the 10th March and I have received no contact from the insurance company - the only evidence that I have taken out insurance is your email and my bank statement. I’ve been holding on their phone number now for 10 minutes without answer - not impressed.
