With my son in London turning 30, and us, his family, in Sydney Australia we were looking to get him a great milestone gift. We needed a lot of help particularly given today's challenges. We found Longest Stay and Sherry, we found her to be an excellent engaging operator who took the time and effort to assist us, nothing was too hard. There was a great range of choices and we settled on a really unique item which was promptly delivered and enjoyed by our son. We highly recommend Longest Stay and Sherry.

I'm in California, so I hesitated ordering fragile items from a company in England—but the crystal glass items I ordered were a discontinued design (so I couldn't find it in the U.S.). Ordering and payment went smoothly, and their customer service people kept me informed via e-mails. The package was sent via UPS International Express. Delivery required a signature, which was somewhat inconvenient, but it all worked out (I delayed going in to my office for a few hours so I'd be able to sign for the package—UPS e-mailed advance notice saying when it would be delivered). The box was well-packed with a lot of bubblewrap, so all the items survived the long, but speedy, trip. I've revisited THE LONGEST STAY website—they do carry some unique design items. I wouldn't hesitate ordering from them again.
