I order *competitor information removed* products onine and the system said these products were available at the warehouse, it let me proceed to the payment and after a few weeks when the products had not arrived I phoned Luggage professionals to be told the products were not in stock.

First order 4W Cabin Roller Case did not arrive in the 10 working day time for my holidays and had not arrived in the 13 day time I allowed. I went on holidays with a borrowed carry case. I have ordered another 4W Roller Case Medium Size and it is now 9 working days and it has not arrived as of yet. I allowed over 4 weeks this time. I know it will arrive, but I would recommend allowing more time. Australia is a funny place but I am not laughing as I can and I do get items from China and America in less time even after clearing customs.

They didn't hav the product in when I ordered it, communicated that to me straight away, kept me updated, offered me refunds, as it was for a Xmas present there was no real rush, once they did had it, wast posted and received in 2 days :-)

Took three for delivery when next day delivery was specified on website. Although, when I rang 3 weeks after ordering to check the progress the staff member I spoke to chased up my request promptly and delivery arrived two days later. They were waiting for delivery of my stock from their supplier. Communication of this would have been appreciated.

There was no follow up or notification to let me know there was a backorder so my item took 3 weeks to arrive and me having to chase up with phonecalls to find this out. I was told the item would be delivered in 2 days time however it took another week to arrive. Also the website was difficult to use when ordering as a gift I idntified and entered my information as the billing address and delivery address was that of the recipient but the website transposed the information for both the biller and reciever as the receiver.

Delivery is on time and the courier company deliver to the hour it says. Good service.

Item did not arrive until 10 days after order (despite saying next day delivery). When I rang to chase it my calls were not followed up (although I was told they would be). I had to ring 3 times before I was given an answer.

My first time through Luggage professionals, my item wasn't available readly and its warehouse stock which they advised will be available in 10 business days. Received an email on the 10 business day saying they don't have item available. I wasn't happy and asked for refund, and got it from David Jones on sale a dollar less

Responded to email withing 24 hours. Bet advertised price of other website. Item available for pickup or delivery once payment had been made. Great service both online and in-store.

I had the backpack on reverse after a phone call in the morning. When I arrived at the store, they couldn’t find it. Them after a bit of searching they found one that someone had ‘reversed’ With a bit of reluctance they sold it to me..

After three weeks of placing our order we had heard nothing. I followed up with emails only to find there was a problem with the supplier. The overall result was that the Osprey Bags we had ordered would not be despatched until one day before our notified departure. nI cancelled the order and had to request a refund. Not a positive experience at all really!
