Terry and his company are 10/10 not only did they save over £150 of our mortgage he came out to see us in a time that suited us this is really helpful when you have new borns, also what my wife and I like about Terry and his company is they dont do any of that hardsell, they just determine to help you save money and get the best mortgage deal. Highly recommended

Really good service, helped me all the way through and found me a good deal, they answered all my questions and it was good that you could speak over the phone as I sleep during the day for night shift. Only negative is that they gave my lender the wrong solicitor information so my offer was sent to the wrong place which caused delay and my solicitor had to send them a letter but apart from that I have no complaints

Ideal solution to a tricky case and I work long hours so the guys dealt with things late into most evenings. Matt & Dan were a dream to work with.

Matt arranged an updated life insurance policy for me and my wife too - really happy with the detailed policy and the level of attention given.

Mortgage genie has very very good team.Daniel Fullen was doing great job there.My score to him is 10 out of 10 and also James is very helpful too.Let me explain why:
First of all, Daniel is responding very quickly which is very important for me.
Whenever something is needed,he was calling and let me know.
Secondly he is explaining things step by step...
And James has very positive attitude as well.
We are waiting for valuation from Tmw now.Hopefully this week we will see things
going forwards.
Thank you very much for hard work.

I would highly recommend using the mortgage genie, Terry and staff were always on hand to give me advice in regards to my mortgage options. He provided a wide variety of mortgage options with some great deals, he discussed all options in depth so I had a greater understanding of which best suited my needs. They all worked really quickly and handled all my queries brilliantly.

I cannot put into words how amazing Daniel and Will are, they both are such a credit to the mortgage genie. I will highly recomend them to anyone i know who needs a mortgage or protection, honestly these two guys provide a service which is second to none. Cant thank them enough.

Terry and his team provided an excellent service, he was easy to get a hold of, easy to talk to and a quick worker. The information Terry provided was up to date, easy to understand for a first time buyer like myself. Any question asked, a member of the team answered promptly. If I was to buy another house in the future and for any further mortgages I will definitely be using the mortgage genie. If you want a mortgage broker who is effcient and friendly, Terry is your man.

I arranged my current 2 year fix which is about to expire through The Mortgage Genie and having been impressed by their service then, I went back to them. I dealt with the same person as previously and am very pleased with the careful, friendly and competent way things were handled. Despite slightly unusual circumstances, I got a very competitive deal.
