Outstanding - I had to return the book because of a packaging problem but it was dealt with immediately and with no problems - Livia is a first class representative for the School of Life

I bought this book back in March and I have never received it. I contacted customer service several times and no one was able to actually resolve the issue, wether returning the value or actually sending the book.

When the package arrived, one of the cardholders was broken which was supposed to be a Christmas present, but it was in such bad condition that I couldn't give it away.

I bought a pin for my boy friend he really loved it, it took about 2-3 weeks for it to get to México but definitly worth the wait!

I was so impressive with the Customer Service, my order went missing but after emailing you a new one was despatched and was received safe and well. Thank you so much . The book is great too.

I have been a patron of your wares for years now. I even took a visit to your Marchmont Street store when I was in London last year. I am genuinely impressed and thankful for all you do for the world in bringing these philosophies to life in an easily accessible and digestible way. My only "complaint" is that we don't have a bricks-and-mortar in Canada. Hope to see you here soon ;)

The parcels purchased on Dec 11st 2019 haven’t arrived yet (26 Jan 2020). Customer service helps to solve of course, very supportive; but at the end this is the outcome: nothing received yet and as such cannot rate more than a very poor service. Best regards

I got the library for my boyfriend as a Christmas present because he loves School of Life and he's been raving about how good each one is. Last night, he read me a chapter from Great Thinkers and it was delightful.

I have ordered three T-shirts, on December 19th of 2019. The shirts got lost somewhere in the delivery process. I got in contact with customer service, and was promised a new batch of shirts. They, too, got lost in the delivery process. How hard can it be to ship some T-shirts from the UK to Amsterdam?

Ordered a Christmas gift on 12/13. Site never indicated that the journal was coming from England to USA until after the order was placed and after I paid $10.00 in postage for a $14.00 journal. Several unsatisfying emails later, the gift arrived almost a month later after sitting in Customs forever. Company never offered any solution or compensation. Would never order from them again.
