No complaints service, Amy and Lucy seem to be the only staff, no managers either. Company are repetitive no actually addressing concerns. This has now been passed on for investigation and as a refund was not given despite my goods not even ariving, it has been reclaimed by my bank as fraud. Please avoid, there is only one decent product the rest are vile. Buy elsewhere and save the hassle, definately scammers.

Tina and Steve exactly the same. No items arrived they refused to refund claiming it was with Royal Mail who had still not got it in three weeks (seen by the tracking they provided). Barclays reported as fraud (despite Amy repetitively stating Royal Mail had my delivery) and money has been returned. Avoid this company and please don't speak to Amy or Lucy. Incompetent doesn't even begin to describe i think brain dead is more appropriate. Compleye scam AVOID

They are a scam! Avoid at all costs. They take your money...you dont receive the items and they refuse to refund you! I cant get any money back after waiting WEEKS...they told me it would take days. Stay far FAR away.

The two men behind SFC have a string of dodgy businesses including Skinny Caffe and Skinny Food Co. They’ve been given at least 2 separate warnings by the Advertising Standards Authority to change their misleading marketing messages. Links here: They’ve been reported to the watchdog and trading standards hundreds if not thousands of times for enlisting customers like me into subscriptions they were unaware they had signed up to and can’t get out of. Ironic that they plaster the hashtag #notguilty over their marketing materials and socials, they’re certainly getting the practice in, #tellittothejudge

I have about 6 of the syrups and they are all vile. The pancakes were rubbery and not fluffy how they are made out to look. The jams however are lovely I have now had two. Considering how pricey everything is and how long delivery takes even when paying for faster delivery (not acceptable). I will not be ordering again.

Don't buy these, they taste foul and very artificial. I was really disappointed when I got my order, I had Cherry Bakewell, Peanut Butter and Praline. The Praline tasted so bad it went straight in the bin. They have the consistency of water and they actually curdle any sort of yogurt into a goopy jelly like texture which is absolutely awful. When people say they taste like chemicals, believe them, I wish I had.

Was exited to find out about these products and placed a big order of over £50. Only two bottles of sauce arrived. Contacted customer service and kept being asked for photo of box it came in even though I’d already sent that. I never got my products I ordered and never got my money back either. Also the two bottles that did arrive tasted awful. Very disappointed with this incompetent company that can’t even get an order right. Don’t recommend at all. I will not be using this company again. They still have my money. Avoid. Completely useless incompetent tasteless waste.

Beware of these scam artists, placed an order, good enough , a week later another for a subscription i didn't sighn up to or open an account, have has payments blocked by barsclays fraud department, would advise anyone with the same problems to contact their bank fraud dept. BEST STEER CLEAR

Terrible customer service! I made a one time purchase but ended up with a weekly subscription! The coffee creamers tasted bitter and wanted to return them after I ordered but it was refused. A week later they sent me the exact same products I wanted to return. They took payment from my account even though I didn’t subscribe for a weekly delivery! ?Awful products and terrible customer service! Save your money, don’t buy from them!

Delivery was fine for me. Arrived about 5/6 days after ordering. I ordered the following syrups: billionaire’s shortbread, sticky toffee pudding, blueberry and birthday cake and they sent me a free custard. All of these sauces are gloopy. Some are thicker than others. The texture is a little slimy but considering they’re thickeners and water without any sugar syrup or starches, it’s to be expected. Best to worst; Sticky toffee pudding - Tastes as you’d expect. Has a caramel, maple taste and is nice with the keto ice cream I make or in coffee. The rest aren’t very nice... Billionaire’s Shortbread - Has a thicker, creamier texture and has a decent caramel note but then it has a very artificial chocolate taste that makes the product taste like old, stale advent calendar chocolate. Blueberry - I expected an artificial blueberry flavour and that’s what I wanted. Something jammy and sweet and tangy, however it’s a little weak and the aftertaste is almost bitter. I don’t know if that’s the artificial sweetner but I would use this very sparingly in cream or cream cheese desserts. Custard - Has a weak, artificial vanilla custardy taste. The flavour is okay but the texture puts me off. It reminds me of snot or cum a little. I’d rather make my own custard with cream, eggs and a natural sweetner. I don’t think I’ll be using this often. Birthday Cake - I don’t know what I was expecting, this was my wild card. I was expecting a sweet vanilla frosting kinda flavour. This is something akin to a Lush product. I guess maybe the flavour emulates a hybrid of the jam in the centre of a cake and the candy flavours of the sprinkles but it ends up like some intense tutti-fruity. If anyone’s tried the Vimto passion-fruit remix, it tastes like that but mixed Lush’s Snow Fairy. It’s too artificial and too much of a weird a flavour for me to see using much. It tastes like a child’s perfume.

SCAM you into subscription Take money from your bank before you are aware and before any order is processed and then expect you to pay for returns when you didn’t even order the second round of things I will not be recommending this company NO MORALS OR ETHICS

They delete bad reviews on their website, and block anyone who complains on Facebook. They responded to my review on trust pilot by basically calling me a troll and saying that reviews are only deleted if they are spam or misleading! Their adverts have been banned by the Advertising Standards Authority and they're still using them. They're a bunch of con artists.

Do not order from this company they scammed me with subscription and took another payment over 40 pound out of my bank a week later then egnored my emails and I have sent about 6 they keep replying with a automated email if I don’t hear anything in a few days I shall be taking this further as I want a refund to something I did not sign up to! I got my delivery the mayo actually made me gag next smelt anything so disgusting in all my life was like a bottle of glue couldn’t even attempt to taste it went straight in the bin the porridge is tasteless and so is the golden syrup the peanut butter was like water just over all bad! The only decent thing is the protein bars which you can get from your local super market don’t know how this company dares sell products like this there vile and have the cheek to scam people and charge them weekly and everything is so over priced terrible terrible terrible what a waste of money never again!

As other have said, poor website, crashes, banners obscure things and you end up scrolling up and down and then think the order hasn’t gone through - sting in the tail, bitter taste: you have no order acknowledgement but they are charging you a weekly fee. You then have to create an account to try to stop the orders. You are advised to pay postage to receive and return unsolicited items even when you cancel. Beware, the order page hides the important details.

I like a lot of the products, but really disappointed today as i got my order which i did not receive the chocolate orange spread i paid for, which also said on the receipt in the box, but was not there!! So make sure you check your order! I also think if you spend £60 then you should get to free different products, i feel really let down with the orders i placed this time, as i have tried to message them and had no contact back! And there is not a phone number to phone!

This company have a very sly trick on their website, if you miss the small print and don't tick a box the order you have put in is sent every week! if you try to contact them they conveniently are "too busy" to web chat and what a surprise they don't advertise a phone number. send them an e mail to tell them you want to cancel the subscription that you never knew you had and you get an auto robot style reply that puts all the work on you to sort their mess out. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS THEY ARE CROOKS! NOT ONLY THAT THE PRODUCTS ARE POOR IMPORTANT RUBBISH, SKINNY MAYBE BUT RAMMED WITH SO MANY CHEMICALS THAT ARE BAD FOR YOU.

I have been using skinny food co products for almost 2 years now. I am a slimming world member and have lost 10st, skinny food co products have been a lifeline for me during my weight loss journey they fit in nicely within my plan. It's great being able to have delicious syrups and sauces that are very low sugar and low calorie which are much healthier than other products available. They have been at hand when inhave needed a sweet fix and have been there when i have fancied a dressing. I have enjoyed making epic vibrant desserts using the bubble gum syrup, enjoyed peri-peri sauce on my grilled breakfasts, baked low calorie chocolate chip brownies with my daughter and so much more. The range is fabulous, I always have a good stock of syrups and sauces. Not only are the products great for my plan, they also great for my children. It's so reassuring knowing that they are eating low sugar/low calorie syrups and sauces rather than high sugar content ones. It's scary just what's in some products, high calories and lots of salt and sugars. Thank you skinny food co for being a household favourite x Best wishes Ben Green

I love the range of products, it's nice that there's sweet and savoury options. Everything I've tried so far has tasted great and had no weird sweetener aftertaste. I do wish they would show the net carbs though as I'm following the ketogenic diet and the products show the carbs including the ones coming from the sweeteners but these don't count as net carbs.

I've been a Skinny Food customer for quite a while now. I love being able to still enjoy sauces, jam, and even chocolate spread without the guilt!! Skinny Food has been a great help in maintaining my weight without feeling like I'm missing out. Cant recommend them enough!!!
