I ordered on the wednesday and the order was with me on the friday as I live 28 miles off the end of Lands End that's amazing !!

They didn't have the cheapest price for what I wanted but I used them anyway as they had a guaranteed pre 10:00 am next day delivery (for an extra £15). The delivery never arrived they offered to refund the delivery cost (but not the cost of my tiler sat with nothing to do all day) and then I had to chase them to get the refund. In summary: not the cheapest and poor service.

The lead had a moulding defect and couldn't be inserted.My full refund, including postage was refunded in less than 5 mins

Bought a thermostat which they emailed me to say they were out of stock, upgraded it to a more advanced expensive one which was delivered the following day. Fantastic service

Please ask them to use a different carrier as ParcelForce left my delivery at a Post Office, Tanygroes, nearly 5 miles from my home, whereby the sorting office and main Post Office is in Cardigan less than 5 minutes from where I live....not impressed...who pays for my time and petrol???? Complained to ParcelForce and yet to hear back from them?

Additionally, they should send out a meaningful user manual with their room thermostat for Prowarm ProTouch Wifi and no mention of how to contact with Alexa......

Sent an email to Gary Nicholls with additional query....still awaiting a reply.....could be heading for one star rating for service?????

I should add in fairness that the technical support guys I have spoken to over the telephone are very helpful....but I do not like to impose on their time and it is time consuming and all a bit of a hassle...no need with a good user manual though.

Product great but would not accept a return on previous product which was brand new and boxed because it was over 30 days. Yes that's the legal right but it doesn't demonstrate good customer care

Mostly excellent especially the second order however on the first one due to a technical reason my end I just missed the 15:00 cut-off for next day delivery and was a little disappointed that it could not be changed for a matter of 10 minutes. This put my job back to past the weekend.

Staff were helpful and friendly giving advise on meterage needed etc. Ordered online and arrived in 2 days.
The underfloor heating works a treat as it feels like we are back in the winter months even though its mid June.
