This company refuses valid refunds even after I consulted them before I sent it. The company confirmed that even though the seal had been removed, if deemed resellable after passing their “inspections” they would grant my refund. The watch was returned the morning after it was delivered, and unworn/unused and in perfect condition.
They have failed to provide a reason as to why my strap has “failed” their inspections and have also said that they are now going to ignore any of my emails regarding the matter, where I am simply asking for a reason why my return was rejected.
I am extremely upset by this as I didn’t think businesses were allowed to treat people this way anymore. I will not be using this company again unless they treat me with respect and fairness. Please can you contact me to provide a reason or issue my refund as you said you would given my circumstances. This has been a waste of time and money for me and I will now be purchasing the Milanese strap which is what I would have preferred in place of my original order.

Super fast delivery with top notch products!! Ordered myself and the wife a watch strap (defiant and fury) last week and couldn’t be happier. Our strap arrived the morning after placing the order and was packaged really well (I travel a lot so the gift box will work great as a carry case). After opening our straps I was really impressed, both were super easy to size and slid into my Apple watch snuggly (this has been a bit of an issue with straps I’ve bought from eBay in the past). Overall just a great experience... I’m sure I’ll be back again shortly! - Tom

After flicking between websites I finally went for the rose gold fury Apple strap from WSC and after wering it all week I'm over the moon! It's pretty and comfortable and makes my watch look alot more fancy ? Happy to recommend if anyone asks me x

absolute fan dabby dozey experience with these guys. I accidentalyl ordered the wrong size strap and only realized once I got my order email, jumped on the chat and April took care of the problem right away! super happy with the build quality too.. will be back here again in the future! thanks again!

The Grey Oxford Leather Watch Strap was purchased as a Christmas present for my daughter. It was beautifully presented in its own case and seemed to make an ideal present. Unfortunately, after only 11 weeks of normal wear, the grey finish has begun to rub off the edges of the leather and one of the bands has broken. The Company have been less than helpful deeming the wear to be 'damage' even though the strap is covered by a six months guarantee. In view of the cost, even at the discounted price, I do not believe it represents good value.

I got the WsC Mesh Loop in Rose Gold and it's very pretty. It's very easy to adjust and the clasp feels strong. Very happy with my purchase so I will definitely be back.

I bought the Leather Loop band for my Series 5 and the quality is excellent. I love the design and the leather is super soft. I even think it fits me better than the Apple band I spent over a $100 on. Definitely worth the buy.

I received my order yesterday and all I have to say is that the WsC Defiant is pretty much a perfect replacement strap. It's attractive, easy to install, and very, very comfortable. I couldn't have asked for more. I highly recommend this website, especially the Defiant leather straps.

This is the first strap I've ordered from this website and it's pretty much the best replacement strap I've tried. The material feels solid but the strap isn't bulky at all. It felt very comfortable and breathable even after I'd worn it for almost 24 hours straight. Overall, this is an excellent item that breathed new life into my watch. I HIGHLY recommend it.

Mixed feelings about this first of all don’t buy this if you don’t plan on keeping it as the returns policy is strict and unnecessary in my opinion comes in a tamper proof package so they know if you’ve opened it to look or try it on also paid next day delivery it came 2 days late virus or not don’t offer next day if it’s not possible and the tracking number didn’t work so unable to trace why, The strap it’s self is lovely and I bought as a gift for my partner she loves it however it’s far to big so now I have to buy a link remover to make the right size, no shops open to adjust due to virus so I now have to wait for a link remover to come so she can wear it. As stated the strap itself is lovely and looks elegant without the hefty price off a genuine apple one this is more off a reasonable price and looks like it will last.

I bought the blue Nautilus and it's incredible. Great quality, comfortable material and perfect shade of blue for my Apple Watch. It looks very classy and I'd definitely recommend it to everyone looking for an affordable yet stylish replacement strap for the summer.
