Ordered (3) adapters on 10/27 that we paid Next Day Air to ship as our big boss needed them for a trip on 10/30. They took 3 DAYS to arrive with overnight shipping! And then there was only (1) in the shipment with a "credit" on the invoice for the (2) that didn't arrive. This vendor might be ok if they COMMUNICATED with their customers and let them know if there was a delay or a backorder. We had no idea the last 2 items were still coming as there was nothing on the invoice about a backorder. We received the remainder of the order today. The order was nicely packaged and in nice new condition. The lack of communication with this vendor is the main problem. The product they send was well-packaged and in excellent condition.

I was impressed as can be when I placed my order on a Thursday and came home on Monday to find my package waiting for me. Excellent service.

Products are excellent. Picked up some extra iPhone charging cables and wall plugs. Everything is high quality and works great.

As a former Verizon wireless employee, any complaints should be taking with a grain of salt. People would break their phones, cables, cases, how i have no idea. People would drive us nuts. Take care of your stuff and it will last.

I have already recommended this site to several people and will be back when I need items.

They shipped the item so quickly in just 2 days also the free car charger they included was very useful and nice. Definitely going to be ordering more from them. Great company!

Ordered two apple certified cords, a 3 foot and a 6 foot, but only the 3 foot worked with all devices. Disappointing.

I ordered a few of the six foot iphone/ ipad charger cords, a few screen protectors, a headset.

Thanks for making everything so easy. Product is excellent, works perfect. Screen protectors fit perfect. Chargers nice and good quality. Headset is the gel tip style which is so much more comfortable.

Everything arrived in 3 days safe and sound.

Sent them this email: "Received "Your Order Has Been Placed" email four days ago, with the statement "A separate email will be sent out to you shortly with the shipment confirmation." Still haven't received shipment confirmation so wondering what's going on." Got this reply: "I see an email was sent to you letting you know the order was cancelled. The $6 case is currently on backorder. Again, our apologies we could not assist you with the case in the color blue." I never received this email they referred to. I responded back: "I did not receive an email saying anything was cancelled. Has the whole order been cancelled?" Finally received this response: "You have been flagged in our system and your information is being shared with all our sister companies database which is well over 1,000 companies not to accept orders from you." Started receiving spam emails after that, so they clearly violated their own privacy policy which says in the second paragraph "Your information is treated with respect and will not release your information to any other company or firm."

I placed my order on the 4th, delivery was expected in 4 to 7 days, after 20 days still have not received the item. Contacted them on the 14th, they said it was shipped and I should have it no later than the 21st. By tracking it was not shipped til 22nd, and sent regular USPS, worst customer service, NO communication, I wish I had never ordered from them.

This website is shady and the two iphone 6 cords I purchased were never recognized by my laptop. 3 months in they finally gave out. COMPLETE SCAM SITE

I had my items in two days Great prices (way less expensive) and super fast to ship. I have recommended them and will be. Super.

I literally was sitting in the Manhattan Apple Store waiting for someone to help me when I just pulled out my phone and Wala I saw they had what I needed. I ordered a couple of wall chargers and cables and even a cute pink case and took the free shipping. I had everything a couple days later on Wednesday, not bad it only took 3 days and I am very happy. I am heading to the site to pick up some things for my sons Samsung phone and probably even a few more cables and another case for my new iPhone.

I ordered four items from The Wireless Boys. First, the order was rather slow to arrive; I ordered it May 2, and didn't receive it until May 11. When I received my order, one item was missing, and the case I'd ordered didn't fit my phone. I contacted them twice by e-mail, but received no response. I attempted to call their 800-number, but it goes to a recording that tells the customer to contact them on the web. I sent them a briskly-worded e-mail a third and final time, and received back a somewhat rude response telling me to return the case. They didn't offer to exchange it or to send the missing item. I don't know yet if they'll correctly credit me with the missing item, or the returned one once they receive it.

I made the purchase on a Tuesday around lunch by the time I left work I had the tracking email. Product arrived on Friday.

Product is excellent quality as well. Excellent quality product, great prices, fast shipping. Thanks for the excellence.


To the guy below having problems with his iTunes account. You may want to uninstall, re-install iTunes on your laptop. That should solve your problem with your iTunes software. Also make sure you shut down and restart your computer to get a fresh boot. Make sure you have enough operating ram as well on your laptop. As an IT professional for 18 years it amazes me when people like to blame things that have nothing to do with their problem.

Ordered and received two iphone 5 certified charging cables. Received the product in a few days and all was good. Two weeks latter one cable stopped charging period and the other started receiving the not apple product and then would stop working. Emailed The Wireless Boys and got a computer generated reply that some would contact me in 48 hours. Been waiting a month and cannot find anybody to speak with at the company.

Wrote a bad review on their website about the product and it never got posted, Stay away!!!!

I ordered a 6 ft USB charging cable for my iPhone 6, with a white wall USB plug. The order came on time, and included a free car charger. The wall plug worked, the car charger worked, but the 6 ft charging cord did NOT work. I tried it on my phone, on a friend's phone, and tried changing the wall plug. Nothing worked. The cord was not working. I emailed them about it. Instead of sending a written apology, they just sent me an email letting me know that a replacement cord was being sent. I received the cord, which looked completely different than the one I ordered, and it is only 3 ft long. I plugged my phone in and it seemed to work, so I didn't say anything about it. However, now that I have used it a few times, I am noticing that my phone is not charging with it anymore. It no longer works with my phone, or any iphone 6 that I plug into it. I will not be shopping with this company again. I have included my ordering info with all 3 order numbers (not sure why they assigned 3 different ordering numbers).

I ordered a charging cable and adapter for my iPhone 5 from them because it was cheap and they said it was an Apple product. The cable did not charge. Nothing happened when I plugged it in. I sent them an email and they shipped a new plug. It, too, did not work anywhere--various wall plugs, my usb port on my MacBook, nowhere! I wrote back and they again were shocked that it did not work. They are sending me a return label and full refund. Neither they nor I know why this cable did not work for me. TWB said they tested it and it worked at the office. But they offered to refund my money and take the cables back. So you can see, they are good guys and the service was excellent.

Ordered 2 6 foot iPhone chargers. Getting the delivery confirmation took nearly a week. So it took nearly a 2 weeks to receive the items I ordered. I ordered 2 iPhone 5s desktop chargers. I opened one and it will not work with my case. I sent a return request 2 weeks ago and still haven't heard anything back from them. Everything with these guys seem to be slow!

I ordered a cell phone AC charger (LG C2000 Cell Phone AC Rapid Home and Travel Battery Charger)to replace one that my husband left in a hotel room. It arrived within a week, (loosely packaged in a cellophane bag with a sticker on it), and it did not work. When plugged in, the charging light did not illuminate and the phone did not show bars indicating it was charging. Since I had another charger for my same model phone, I tried my charger with my husbands phone, and it was fine. I requested a return via the wirelessboys web site, and a Mr. Rich James responded by email saying I could return the charger by marking the box "return to sender". I sent it back on July 8th requesting a credit to my card. The credit was never posted. On Sept 6th I emailed again and received no response. On Sept 28th I emailed a third time and have not received a response. I would strongly recommend thinking twice before doing business with this dealer.

10-26-06 Update
After 3 more attempts to get a response from this company on my issue, I have yet to hear from them - as if they have disappeared off the face of the earth. Be very wary. Choose another seller; caveat emptor!

I ordered an Iphone 6 case and a few chargers from The Wireless Boys, and I could not be more happy with the products that I have received. The transaction process was smooth and I received my items in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for phone accessories.
