I thought I was getting a 10% discount as it was my first order with you

I work in television and I have used Thirstbybox for my last three jobs where we have needed good quality water hand pumps at a moments notice. The ordering process is quick and simple, everything arrives the following day and the prices are reasonable. It’s a seamless service and one of the only places you can buy good quality water accessories that will arrive at short notice. I always reccomend them to other productions and I will continue to use them and recommend them on future jobs.

Placed an order on-line (27th June) for next day delivery. Received a phone call to say the product purchased was out of stock but would I accept an alternative, I agreed to this.
Product never arrived called on 2nd July to enquire about this and was promised a call back. Never received a call back so rang again as product was required for 3rd July, this time I was promised a delivery before 10am on the 3rd.
This was delivered at approx. 09:30
