Ordered replacement cushions for teak loungers purchased 10 years ago. The original ones were a generic canvas khaki which have been in the sun and salt air and started to rip. I was pleasantly surprised by the other options offered for the same price as the plain khaki. I am extremely pleased with the tan textured stripe cushions which are really great quality. I also appreciated their willingness to honor a discount which wasn't available at the time I ordered. Great customer service!

LOVE THE PRODUCT! I went out in a limb and ordered covers for 2 chairs and a large sofa. They fit perfectly and are high quality and easy to get on and off the furniture. I'm thrilled with my purchase!!

The cushions are beautifully done! We love them. We did have an issue with the shipping because we were out of town. That is the only area I would say was a hassle. The product we couldn't be happier with!!

I was very impressed with the service I received. The customer service rep was assigned to my order so it was very easy to follow up with him when I had a question. I would definitely work with Thos. Baker again.

I am delighted with my shopping experience at this baker. com. The beautiful pillow arrived very soon after the purchase, was smartly packaged, and looks great on my bed. I have only good things to say about the website and service provided.

Customer service was indifferent and callous as I tried to seek a solution to receive delivery of my furniture order to my vacation home at a time when I would not be there. Thos Baker did not offer up any sort of solution or flexibility to the delivery times. I asked if I should put the order through at a later time to try to target a delivery time when we would be there and the response was there are no guarantees that the furniture would be available. Thos Baker made it clear that there would be no effort on their part to assist me finding a suitable arrangement to receive delivery. During this time, I have ordered furniture from Crate and Barrel, CB2, Pottery Barn Kids, and Design Within Reach and luckily had responsive and friendly customer service representatives and have not encountered the same flippant response as I received at Thos. Baker.

Thosbaker was great. The package arived quicky and was very well packed.
HOWEVER... YOU have to be kidding to expect people to be able to read your survey printed in black text on a dark gray background. Who decided that would be a good idea??? hahaha

Th Ombre rug I ordered quickly arrived in good shape with no unnecessary packaging. The rug is well made and has good edge strips to prevent unravelling. The appearance is better than shown in the catalog or website. My only question is how it will withstand the sun.

Product is great - looks even better than expected. Delivery could be more clear - the product is super heavy and was just left in my garage for me to wrestle with. If there was a buy-up delivery option I would have paid for it.

I ordered replacement cushions for 2 lounge chairs and ottomans. The prices seemed very high but sizes were best match I could find for my Smith & Hawken (out of business) Teak Furniture. I expected Thos. Baker to deliver a quality product. After waiting the outside limit of delivery time estimate I received ottoman cushions that were not the same height as the chair cushions. Both were advertised as 5inches but difference in height is about 1 1/2 inch. Fabric at corners is wrinkled & pulled out if shape. Looks nothing like the crisp straight piped edge shown online.
Very disappointed but with timeline & visitors arriving I could not return. Contacted Thos. Baker customer service to see if they would make an accommodation. They replied asking for more pictures & then I never heard from them again. Bad Product - Bad Service next time I will go to a local upholstery shop instead.

The cushions were exactly the right fit, look beautiful, and feel wonderful. The only thing that would have made me happier would have been free shipping on so large an order. I am so happy that you have the cushions for Smith and Hawkens outdoor furniture--I had been looking for some time after they went out of business. Your customer service desk was also very polite and helpful. Thank you for an excellent job.

I purchased two very expensive chairs and paid for "white glove" service. The chair came completely unassembled with a set of worthless "tools" and instructions. I gave up after an hour trying to figure out how to assemble the chairs. I have no idea what the "white glove" thing was about. It was just two guys in a regular delivery truck who did the same this UPS or FedEx would do. I would not recommend Tos Baker and will not ever order anything from them again.

It would have been excellent except that we had a shipping issue. After I placed my order for a patio sofa it never left the dock until I called 3 days later to check on it. My rep was to call me back that day and never did. I had to then call back again the next day and had two very nice people who spoke to me about the situation. The result was they never shipped it out (for whatever reason???) and in order for me to get it in time for my Easter celebration it would have to be expedited at $650 shipping charge! The person I spoke with asked if I would split the shipping with them which I begrudgingly did so that I would have the item in time. I am still confused (as was my husband) why we would be asked to split a shipping bill on something that had it gone out on the correct day (with free shipping) would have arrived on time with no extra fees. We were ultimately happy with the product(s) we received but thought that Thos Baker dropped the ball in the shipping of our patio sofa. The shipping time and product availability was the entire reason why we purchased from Thos. Baker in the first place so I am not so sure I would purchase from them again because of this.

The experience working with Thos. Baker was very smooth. The item was backordered when ordered but they were forthcoming with the anticipated delivery date which was better than expected. The piece is very nice quality especially for the price. It is smaller than other similar pieces but I needed the smaller size. The only downside is that isn't level. My husband is seeking a means of leveling it.

Regarding the specific product I purchased: outdoor, red, kilimn rug - The red was a brick/terracotta - true to color - not "orangey". It had cream accent patterns along with a small amount of black. The quality was extremely high - the rug looked like a sisal or other natural fiber - none of my guests could tell it was actually plastic. It dried very quickly after becoming damp . Great value (High quality) for the price as I had shopped hundreds of outdoor rugs prior to finding this company. Shipping was timely - packaged well and arrived with no damage. This was my first purchase and I intend to be a repeat customer...

Have not put it yogether yet, but hopefully soon!
The only negative this far, three heavy/large boxes were layed in our driveway without any notice like a doorbell or phone call. We are VERY glad no one stole them because they were not in sight of any of our windows, and maybe even worse, theynare low flat boxes and my husband almost ran over them as he came into our driveway when arriving home in the evening! Please advise yournshippers to be more careful! Thanks!

You have an excellent product here. We have a David Smith table with chairs at each end, and benches on each side. We want a single cover for the entire group, and it has been very hard to find anything the right size that doesn't leak or sweat. This fits perfectly, and it looks great, but we wanted to give it a good field test before commenting. And we got it - three days of storms rolling in from Bainbridge Island, with hard rain, hail, and gusting winds. The cover stayed in place, and the furniture was completely dry when we took it off - no condensation. I even managed to fold it back up into the unexpected storage bag. Great product!

We ordered a total of three rugs. One needed to be returned due to wrong pattern. The return process was so easy thanks to the emailed return shipping label. We are very happy with the two rugs we kept. The high quality of material and great color really enhances the space where we are using them. We are very content with TB and will purchase from them in the future.

The rugs I received were of EXCELLENT quality, the moreso given their extremely reasonable price. My order shipped immediately. I'm very satisfied with my shopping experience and will shop at Thos. Baker again in the future.

The produce arrived on time and as promised. The quality was even better than expected, and the courteous email I inquiring about whether I wished to purchase fire canisters speaks volumes about the company in general. I am immediately a huge fan of Thos. Baker!
