Hi, Unexpected circumstances happened and I could not go to the stadium, and I could not find a way to sell my tickets at TicketLiquidator, which is annoying, unfortunately. Risky? Yep, well, if that doesn't change you know how many additional times you will see me as a customer... Sorry, couldn't be more disappointed. Especially because I Knew I had to cancel about a week ago. Have a great business.

The Lion King was wonderful but would have been much more enjoyable with better seat location. I paid a big price for my 2 tickets and the seats were up so high & far that we could hardly see the stage & performers. Very disappointed and will never purchase through this site again & would not recommend to anyone to purchase through this site. Much better to purchase tickets through the Schuster Center. Learned a tough lesson!

Ticket Liquidator is a fraudulent company. They told me one price for tickets and ended up charging me $125 more than the ticket price. They then gave my credit card information to another company who charged my credit card an additional $245. Everyone I have talked to told me they are a horrible company and to stay away!

I purchased tickets in March for the Imagine Dragons concert in Los Angeles in July. Imagine my joy when the tickets arrived and they were better than the original tickets I purchased! Wow...absolutely amazing...6 sections closer to the stage and row 9...from floor...I had purchased row 27. Ticket Liquidators I will never buy tickets from anyone else in the future. The concert was the best ever...

a. I had to buy ticket for my 14 month old which was not stated clearly for this show. b. I noticed that service fee is much higher when I buy tickets on ticket liquidator compared to broadway site. This will make me think twice next twice c. Unfortunately there were other valentines day deals later which would have costed me much less to buy ticket directly from shows site,

Took, my money $360.00, Invited two of our friends to go and have a great evening. Did dinner, and went to the concert and found out the tickets were no good. Try to work with this company since it took place in August the 10, 2016., they made all kinds of promises to give the money back and that has never happen and now the operators don't even answer their phone. I will and won't recommend this company to anyone. I just don't have that kind of money to throw away.

I bought tickets from Ticket Liquidator. Then came an email from Summit Tickets with an invoice. Then came an email that I need to register with Flash Seats, by giving my Mobile ID, credit card or driver's license to get my tickets. I called Summit Tickets and said that I do not want to give out my info and do not want to register with flash seats. Andrew said he would call me back in 10 minutes. That was 3 days ago. When I called back, I got voice mail. So far, all thats happened is that my credit card is billed. I have no tickets.

Purchased tickets to Hamilton paid over $1000 and was turned away with entire family at the venue. Called 800 number and they could not help. Only offered to refund after they did an investigation. But our lovely family evening was ruined. Sometimes you don't get these events again.

Ordered tickets from this company and could not download or print them. I asked for a refund so I could go somewhere else and they said "No Refunds". They put me in touch with the company that was actually selling the tickets and they were emailed to me immediately. I still had to pay TicketLiquidator for their service charges and download fee. A real waste of my money and I will never deal with these guys again. Learn from my mistake!

I bought tickets in Dec. 2015 for my granddaughters and paid over $100 for each one only to print them & find that they were $35 general admission tickets. It should be against the law for you people to do this. I will never buy tickets from you again and I work for a dentist for 40 yrs now and have told & will continue to tell everyone I see about what a rip off bunch of money grubbing people you all are! Have a nice day ...........

I hate it when I'm told I'll pay "X" amount for something and then the price goes up by $70 at the checkout due to "service fees" and delivery charges. IT's such a scam. Just tell me the actual price at the beginning so I'll know! If there was any possible way to get tix without using this site, I would.

I inadvertently made an error while purchasing and selected the wrong date. Even though, I emailed and called within minutes of the purchase,ticket liquidator would not do anything other than offer me the option of re-posting the tickets for sale. However, I could not even re-post the tickets as it was only two days until the game (other sites allow posting through game day). I'll be avoiding TicketLiquidator in the future in case I make another mistake; and will avoid using them to sell as they have restrictive sell dates

I was going to purchase tickets but had to change my mind. I did not click "submit", but your website must have done it for me. I closed the website and received an email thanking me for my purchase. I've tried to contact you with no results. I could not get a real person. I want the tickets refunded because I never clicked the final button thereby agreeing to anything. I am disputing with my credit card company and will go to small claims court if necessary.

Embarrassed that the gift I bought and paid for so my son could see one of his favorite bands was denied when trying to enter the concert. Apparently you did not book correctly so they were resold to someone else...not fun

We had good seats three rows from the front off to the side, & was unable to hear - echo horribly about 3/4 of the people in our section couldn't make out was he was saying- they moved us to the very back in the middle so we could understand what he was saying. ( so much for paying extra for good seats!)

This will b the last time I ever use this ticket liquidator. They scam u they lay and string u along. Now we r very disappointed and not able to go. Told me not available,my tickets, 8hrs before actual concert. Awful business

Working in Hawaii and getting to a game makes it really hard not knowing if you are going to get your tickets. There was no reason the tickets had to be delivered so late. I didn't know if they were going to be in my mail box until after I got to my home from Hawaii. It makes more sense to turn them over as soon as we purchase them or at least a month ahead so we know to buy plane tickets. I will prefer email tickets from now on.

wanted to get tickets. suddenly, a rebate pops up. wow! the beginning of the end! someone with access to your site can advertise to unsuspecting victims? my tickets even printed with the same ad?? Now, I'm cancelling all my cards, my email, and praying that I can recover from this fiasco! Aussie Pink Floyd was great. Sadly, I'm still sick to my stomach worrying.

Bad! I ordered the game "New Orleans Saints vs. New England Patriots", Sunday, Sep 17 2017 at 12:00PM. However, you only sent me a recieved. I have not yet recieved message how can I get my E-ticket.

All the seats were filled in the front and then there were 8 rows in the back where noone sat!? I started asking questions and most of the people there had only paid $20 for their ticket and they were right by the stage how do you justify charging me $135 dollars to be in the back vacant row? I'm very disappointed in your service and feel you should reimburse me some of my money. I thought you were a reputable site....
