Milija of Tile Tech Solutions and his assistant removed and regrouted two bathrooms and kitchen splashback tiles. I researched grout removal and regrouting techniques and got 3 quotes. In the cheaper quotes the tradesmen were offering to do a 'skim coat' - removing a shallow layer of grout with stanley knives and grout rakes and applying a skim coat of grout which would last a couple of years. Milija was more expensive but totally worth it. He machines out the grout with a grinding disk down 5mm and his assistant applies new grout (with an anti-mould compound), sponging the wall multiple times to achieve a smooth joint finish. The grout removal, regouting and silicone sealing was done with skill and attention to detail. Milija laid down dropsheets, was carefull about dust while working, cleaned up after and was a pleasure to deal with. All the mould is gone and the bathrooms and kitchen sparkle.

I have waited 2 years before writing this as I wanted to see if the work lasted. Milija is one of the hardest working guys I've met. He is professional and diligent. The work was excellent 2 years ago and is still perfect. He uses imported US sealant that is excellent. Highly recommended

In February 2016 I researched tile and grout cleaners in the Sydney area as to have the grout between my porcelain tiles cleaned and sealed within my apartment. After considering several quotes, I decided to choose 'Tile Tech Solutions' who agreed to carry out the work for $1412.50. However upon accepting the quote, Tile Tech Solutions requested a 50% deposit prior to commencing the work. Given that I had no prior knowledge of this company, and the fact the business address for this company was a PO Box in the Bondi area, and I could find little information about this company on the internet, I became uncomfortable about paying someone $725.25 up front with no guarantee the work would be completed, let alone completed satisfactorily. I therefore expressed my concern to the company director, [name removed] of Nikolic Management Services Pty Ltd, and questioned about paying such a large deposit. Through corresponding with [name removed] through email on this point I agreed to pay the deposit and on the payment method, but inquired at what point prior to the job being completed was I required to pay it. However, several days later I received an email from [name removed] advising he was cancelling my booking as it appeared I did not agree with the company's conditions i.e.: paying a 50% deposit up front. When I tried to phone [name removed] he kept hanging up on me. Eventually a lady answered the phone and stated she would cause [name removed] to contact me, which he never did of course. Therefore I can only assume my suspicions were correct and that 'Tile Tech Solutions' was not a reputable company, and at the very least unprofessional in their customer service approach.

I left 2 messages to 2 unanswered calls. I was ringing to arrange a quote. It has been a week and I haven't heard anything from them, not even a text.
