Timberline Bathroom Products

I chose timberline over ADP due to reviews and here i find our vanity has still not been completed after being given a 4 week turnaround which was the same as ADP! Pretty disappointing

I purchased the Nevada plus wall hung vanity with ceramic top along with the matching shaving cabinet. I was happy with the quality of products used but was left disappointed with the functionality. With the 'fingerpull' handle option I found that any splash back on the ceramic top would roll over the rounded edge and onto the vanity face where the slantback of the handle design would direct water into the draws causing water damage. I did voice my concern with Timberline and the reply was an "explanation" from Harry as to why it should't happen. I was upset that there was no attempt to help me rectify the problem.
Due to this experience I have decided not to use Timberline again. Unfortunately we had another bathroom and laundry that we had picked Timberline products to use but decided to go elsewhere. We went to Reece and purchased a 'posh' vanity with ceramic top and are very happy with it and are yet to pick out our laundry.

I purchased a bathroom vanity last year. within a year the chrome handles became rusty and overflow cover discolored. I contacted Timberline and they immediately sent me new handles and a overflow cover. Now my vanity looks fantastic.

After purchasing a Timberline vanity recently, i had misjudged the measurements on contacting Don at timberline he quickly had new draws in the post and delivered within days.

I was renovating a bathroom in Sydney from where I live overseas, and it was recommended to me to look at Timberline for vanities. Not only did I find vanities I liked immediately, something which had proved difficult to that point, I was also able to mix and match options to customise something for my specific needs. I also worked with Vivienne from Timberline's Customer Care, who was a great assistance, nothing was ever too much to ask, and who helped with the process to tailor the vanity and basin for my needs. Vivienne contributed to make what was an otherwise stressful exercise, so much easier for me. I am very happy with the end result. I would recommend Timberline, their excellent product, and helpful and professional team, without hesitation. It's good to know there is still quality Australian made product and service available in a competitive market.

Recently we have purchased 2 Timberline bathroom vanities for our 2 renovated bathrooms. The reason we have chosen them: Australian Made, great quality products and 10 years warranty.
I was really impressed with their outstanding after sales service. I needed to contact them after small issue was noticed in one of the vanities. The problems was solved in one day!!!. Both Mr. Don Scott ( customer service manager) and Mr. Mark Coleman ( sales manager) were directly involved in the process. Mark visited the house, and found the solution quickly and efficiently as should be.
This company is great example for many others. They treat the customers with respect .
I would use this company again and recommend them to everyone who needs bathroom cabinets.

Now here's an 'All Australian Made' company that understands integrity of product. Great selection of designs, style, and finishes. Quality is second to none, and well priced, covering all budgets. Cabinets are packaged extremely well, never had any issues with transportation damage. Pleasure to do business with, thanks guys!!
