Problem was not corrected. 11 unanswered emails and numerous phone call went unanswered. Finally a complaint to BBB and PayPal and suddenly they were willing to correct the problem.
Avoid this company. If I did not monitor my credit cards on a daily basis they might have gotten away their deceptive practices.

"You definately should have received this by now. I am looking into the problem. If you do not recieve it you will get a full refund. Sorry for the inconvenience."
I then simply requested an immediate refund since it was too late to receive the item (it was supposed to be a gift) and I have not heard from them since, despite sending several emails demanding they take action on the issue.
I filed a complaint with the BBB, but seeing as this company is not BBB accredited, they can not help me in this situation. As of this writing Time and Space Toys have not responded nor honored my request for a refund.
