Bought 4 Firestone FireHawk Indy 500XL tires for my 2001 Mustang Cobra. Tires delivered directly to mechanic and installed. When I went to pick up I saw the manufacture date was from 1 year ago. Only have 32k on car and 3rd set of tires not from mileage but from age. When I contacted customer service they gave a very long winded response that said due to overseas transport that I could have gotten tires that were up to 4 years old. But not to worry because IF they are stored properly they are still good for another 6 years. Firestone tires are made in USA and I will replace due to age before they wear out. I replied and let them know I was disappointed with their response and this was not the answer or the customer service I expected. They responded the next day saying they would give me a $25 credit per tire. This is the type of response I expected on my 1st email. I would caution people to check the dot code on their tires before they are mounted since according to them you could be buying 4 year old tires. Have to give them credit for getting it right the 2nd time but their 1st response did but a bad taste in my mouth. Less than 50 miles on tires but grip nice and ride smooth. But comparing to 10 year old Goodrich comp TA tires that had gotten hard from age and had little tread left.

I’ve had many wonderful experiences with Tire Rack over the last dozen years. My most recent purchase was equally great. I accidentally entered 245 instead of 225 for my car; rather than just process the transaction, they emailed me to verify if I really wanted 245. I was so thankful they caught my error and saved me time and aggravation! Thank you Tire Rack!!!

I was quite shocked when the local parts store (a national parts store) I use for all my aftermarket parts didn't even list brake parts for my 2013 Mercedes. Honestly I thought my only choice was the dealer :( So I did what most others do and googled brakes for my car and Tire Rack popped up. I've used them before for tires but never brakes. Anyways looking up the parts was easy enough, pricing was about 40% less then the dealer and shipping was only 2 days plus free! I was quite happy with my experience. Thanks TR

I purchased the tires on May 30th and was told they would arrive on June 4th. When they did not arrive I checked the status of my order online and saw delivery was delayed two weeks. I have received no updates from Tire Rack nor has my installer. I am a first and last time customer.

I’ve used Tirerack to purchase tires for about ten years for multiple vehicles. Shipping is fast. I had to use the Roadhazard warranty once. That was a little bit of a pain because I did not want to drive around on the spare for a few days. I bought the same tire locally, sent multiple pictures of the object stuck in the tire. I recieved a reimbursement check a short time later.

My tire was repairable just 3 weeks after the 2 year warranty expired. Easy to order one more tire based on my order history. Ordered it late on a Wednesday. Tire arrived at my installer the next day.

I hadn't finished placing the on-line order for two minutes when a Tire Rack Rep called me to go over the order and discuss my needs and options to insure I had ordered what would correctly fit my 1972 Corvette. That's customer service! The tire and wheel package were delivered earlier than expected. I will be riding on new wheels and tires in a few weeks when the restoration of the car is complete. Way to go Tire rack.

I bougth 4 Continental tires for a mini Cooper S by a friend recommendation.This is my first order and I am very satisfied with the excellent service.Tire Rack has a lot of brands to choose and a lot tipes of diameters. Thats what I liked.I am going to use this ítem to use in Central America (Guatemala) because I did not find here.

This was the 3rd set of tires I've purchased through Tire Rack, but the first I had shipped to a local shop for installation. Worked out great. First, the price of the tires I wanted was considerable less through TR. On-line purchase process was easy with options to ship to multiple local installers. Tires were shipped within 24 hours and at the installer a day or two later. Emails kept me updated on shipping status and the installer called me when he had the tires to set up an installation appointment. Was a bit concerned there would be surprise charges from the installer, but charges were in line with the TR estimate provided and there was no high pressure to add additional services from the installer.

Made one change in tire size,they said they caught the truck to put th he size I wanted on it to be delivered. Wrong size,was shipped back and I'm still waiting 5 days now.I thinking of cancel ing the entire order,if I dont get them by the end of the day

Waited 4 day for tire . Called customer service they insisted I wait additional days even though the tire was lost by Fedex. Had to dispute with credit card to get refund. Don't do business with this company. Worst ever.
