I usually don't click on ads but theres caught my eye when I happen to be looking for a wedding band. I am not a big jewelry person so a $1200 gold ring was not necessary. When I saw the one I had chosen, it seemed too good to be true. Style and durability? Then can the price, I double checked other sites for the same ring and at that time it was $165 cheaper. So I took a chance with a size (9) I didn't think would fit(out of 9.5), but everything went in my favor and fits perfect! So I saved over $1000 for something that has just as much meaning and symbolization as the over priced gold version. Thank you ***family

All of your rings do not go past size 12. There are a lot of men with large hands out there. I love the ring I got. Your selections are top notch. The accuracy of the order was spot on. We are so pleased with the "Jolie" ring (.51 ct diamond). We wanted something simple and elegant- not in gold. We called with some questions and the service was wonderful. The ring was shipped almost the same day it was ordered and arrived packaged beautifully.

The only hiccup was making the order using my smart phone I could not get the 2 day shipping option and ended up calling which was fixed quickly. Other than that it was great communication to my questions and promptness of the order! We loved it and was a great addition to the wedding :)

I can imagine no improvements right now, I'm fully happy with the product and purchase. At the beggining I didn't find the ring I wanted on the web site, I just contacted by e-mail and they provided me exactly the model I wanted. No I have the ring I wanted at home. That's all!

I have already recommended you to others, everything is great with my ring with the exception of one part, the main body gets scratched, I was under impression the titanium is of high resistance to scratches, so this factor is below my expectations. The rest of aspects of having business with you were great like easy to find the right ring for myself, options, design and designers - was very happy to use your site.

I bought a mans Titanium floating diamond ring sometime in 2007. My husband absolutely loves the ring and I thought over time that I would buy one for myself, so imagin my surprise when the same ring is being discontinued and a wonderful price on top of that; I had to get that ring and it actually fit. Now, we both match with our rings and a perfect match with our Rado watches. I’m sad to see such a beautiful and classic design being discontinued. The rings arrived rather quickly, well within the 3 week maximum advised. They were absolutely gorgeous, and look even better than the pictures on the website. We order the wrong sizes because I goofed on the measurement, but the free resizing within 90 days (you only pay shipping) is a fantastic deal. The lifetime sizing, refinishing, and diamond replacement (for really small stones) programs really make you feel that this is a lifetime ring. For the cost, you can't beat the quality of the rings.

They told me the ring I bought for my fiance' would reach me by Monday and I actually had it in my hot little hands by the Sunday before!!! We were very excited to get it even a day earlier. Unfortunately I ordered it to large so we had to send it back, but I'm sure we'll get the same GREAT service again =)

I had to do 2 returns to get the right size. Not the fault of the store at all. However some guidance about the fit might have helped, We used a ring sizer at a jewelry store for initial sizing, but the style of the ring - convex against the finger makes it fit a bit differently. They were accommodating in handling the exchanges but the shipping was slow and I thought pricey. Very happy with the product - a titanium ring.

I placed an order on 3/29, and I received an entirely different product than I ordered. I got a return shipping label (with, oddly, someone else's name as the sender and a different order number than mine) and returned the incorrect product. One week after the returned product was delivered, I still have not heard anything about when I should expect delivery of the product that I actually ordered. I have requested a refund, and I will not do business with them again.

Wasn't sure if the 6mm was going to be the correct size. I took a shot and was wrong. The size is big. Should have gone with the 4mm. Other than that, it's a great product.
