Collins helped ease my anxiety of looking for a place to stay by being very responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable. He made entire process for me very simple and easy. He truly cares about both his job and making the client happy.

We recently rented a room using TLK, Norbert and Laura handled our situation very professionally. Norbert was extremely competent and informative on the viewing and Laura continually liaised with us throughout the referencing process ensuring everything was done on schedule. I would highly recommend TLK as an agency and would use them again should we move in future.

The team at TLK are exceptional, helping with letting my property and the property management throughout the duration of the tenancy. They helped me through every step of the process - and quickly found a new set of tenants when the original ones dropped out. Couldn't recommend Ozzie and the team more highly. Thanks again!

It was my pleasure to have been able to rent a property with Collins at TLK property. He was marvellous throughout the whole process from arranging viewings for suitable properties within our budget and fitting our timeframe, to us securing the tenancy and moving in without any problems. This I believe to be due in great part to his honesty, efficiency, great communication and super customer service.

Oh please everyone these are such fake reviews. The owner of the company and his staff have paid for these posts. Almost everyone with real reviews I've contacted have replied the ones with 5 stars Zero have come back to me. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS.

I've been with them for over a year now and all I can say is that they're the best ones. They're always there, helpful and gentle. Specially Karina, who has always been so friendly and eager to help. I can't recommend them enough!

I just meet Jordan today after speaking to her on the phone several time and she seem nice. I have been with TLK for nine years now and I must say everyone I have meet has been good to me except Sarah. Everyone that joins the team says there going to change things within the house and nothing so let see what Jordan does.

The company has looked after my property for 10 years now, and have helped to troubleshoot a number of problems. My current contact, Karina Selway, has been very prompt recently in contacting me when my tenants have had a problem, thereby preventing any issue developing. Thanks, Karina.

Am a knew Tennant at 7 Broughton road property,their was unsolved issues on that property before I move in,i moved in the property hoping the problem as solved notting happen.i was upset the moment karina heard about my complain she solve it for me.if any Tennant living in tlk property as problem any problem at all ask of karina she's the best thank you karina I got my new mattress yesterday God bless yea Amen??

I just moved in one of TLK property yesterday.. I'm really happy with the way things went through. I've dealt with Ed Pink all the way and i can't be more happy with he's work. Very reliable person always was there on time and always helped me when was needed. TLK Property is very lucky to have Ed Pink on board Thanks Ed!!

I was going to rent my property out to this company based in Streatham. Then met some who rented through them. The landlord ended up paying 14k to get the property back. Rental checks were always late. The director is extremely arrogant I’m surprised he’s still in business. So from a landlords point of view I wouldn’t trust them with my property. They have all the glamor of a nice office but the way tenants and landlords are treated I am shocked how are they still in business.
