I received my second box which I ordered from the USA - had no choice as to the courier service.
On the very first occasion last month the driver deliberately ignored me as i was waving them down on the opposite side of the street in full view of me just to find a card in the letter box saving "sorry we missed you" yeah right, sorry doesn't come close. Then I had to call up and find it where it would be delivered to? a newsagent/lotto shop in my suburb.
The second box which arrived last week - again calling around lunch time when no one is home and not bothering to leave it there like every other courier service and Aussie Post does, but again a card "sorry we missed you" i had to jump online to check where it was delivered to and nothing! still in transit, tried again the next day, same thing, then the day after same thing - so called them up just to be told that the box was delivered on Wednesday to a neighbouring suburb and been there for 2 days already !!!
No text, no sms to tell me it was there even though they encourage you to check online where it is!!
Absolutely disgusting service and why on earth companies in the US bother to use them at all is beyond me????

I was downstairs and as we live in a terrace the front door is within reaching distance but no one knocked or even sent me a message saying my package was here. I checked the status and apparently I 'wasn't there' when I clearly was. I checked when it arrived and it was 10;00 am and I was there since 9;30 am and checked the status at 10;15. I call them as it was a gift from my dad for my birthday and the order was under his name, and I am currently at a rental house so they said I cannot pick it up and they cannot redeliver, they said my dad had to come and pick it up. But how can he travel due to corona and certainly a plane ride is not worth it to pick up a phone which should have been delivered. They were rude on the phone and offered no condolences, even though I should have been the one to be rude I kept my composure. Absolutely ridiculous.

Lying driver, irresponsible staff and inconsistent process and zero ownership for a high international courier fee TNT charged.

1. This parcel was supposed to be delivered on 20 Apr and the driver lied - I got a message 'we missed you' while I have been working next to my door all day (During the Covid outbreak, even AU Post deliver a normal parcel to your door).
2. I called 1300 851 131 many times to ask for re-delivery. While the auto voice gave you the option to choose re-delivery after 'we miss you', I was told it was sent to a local exchange location and re-delivery is impossible according to TNT's policy.
3. I said I paid the international courier fee and should not take extra time to pick it up as a result of a lying driver from TNT
4. I was promised following up calls and re-delivery many times and none of them happened. I had to call TNT every single day.
5. The last time TNT was saying it will happen after this Monday 27 Apr and it still didn't happen.
6. I called again and I was told nobody took the notes in TNT's system the re-delivery will happen.
7. This is a very disappointing, almost appalling customer experience and I ask for an apology and a re-delivery ASAP

I rang on Monday 24th for delivery of an item that was flagged as urgent on the initial call. I was told the pick up would be Tues 25th between 9am and 1pm.
At 1.30pm on Tuesday, I had my employee follow up why it was not picked up, and they were told that the booking could not be found.
We re-booked the package,and stressed that it was super urgent, and that this situation had turned into an semi emergency for us.
It was finally picked up at about 10am on Wednesday.
It is 10am on Thursday 28th and I have just received a call from your company representative, that has told me that the missing account number has held up the delivery for another day.
I am now trying to locate the item, and cancel the order, so that I can personally drive it from Melbourne to Newcastle.
I would have done this on Monday, if I had known this would be the outcome.
Possibly the most frustrating part of this episode, is that the on-hold phone voice over tells me that urgent deliveries are you specialty.
I haven't been this disappointed in a courier service before. The whole encounter was extremely stressful, and has taken about two hours of my time in phone calls to and from various departments of your company.
I wouldn't use TNT in future if my life depended on it.

can't understand why apple still using this rubbish courier in 2020! it said available in 26-30 of March, then they shipped in 26, shipment with a driver at 9am in 27. it shows that shipment is ready at 5pm but i don't get any message. maybe i would wait for another weekend and get my parcel until 30.

Booked a collection and they did't show up for 4 days, no one call for re-booking or offered nothing to reward their mistake or poor service. Call center showed NO Customers service, or customer care at all. Australia needs more competitors in the space

We had a $1500 delivery, "delivered" this morning by TNT.

It was left in the driveway of a construction site....

The "delivery man" was instructed to call me AN HOUR BEFORE delivery was due, so I could ensure someone was there to receive it. I received an incredibly rude voice message at the time of delivery, from said delivery man.

I called him back straight away to find out he had supposedly "already left"; he then had the audacity to LIE TO ME by saying that the stone mason who had signed for it didnt want to lift it inside - when in fact it was HE (moronic delivery idiot), who refused to carry it the 5 extra steps. My stonemason called my client and put her on the phone to him, so it is two peoples word, against his. Not hard to figure out who is lying.

So now I have $1500 of product sitting in a driveway (which is too heavy to lift for one person).

I have had to ask someone to 40 minutes across Melbourne to go and meet the stonemason so they can lift the delivery inside the house.

Appauling service.
Disgusting "Delivery" experience.
Rude, unhelpful, uncaring staff.

And its not the first time I've had a bad experience with TNT.

Avoid tnt at all costs!!!!
And if you have goods which are due to be freighted by TNT, pay extra, and have another company deliver PROPERLY.

Nearly impossible to contact, first delivery usually fails, and I am forced to wait at letterbox for hours to receive needed parcels as they don't enter my property or contact me if they are outside ready to deliver. Poor communication is the worst aspect of this huge company, too big to fail? I receive over 200 deliveries each year and no other courier has a problem, only TNT. This is day two of expected delivery nearly 5pm and still nothing, maybe tomorrow or not!

I ordered an iPhone recently from Apple website. So my phone was promised to arrive on 24th in the morning. No one shows up to my door the entire day. And I got an email around 5 PM saying that my address could not be found. I call this an awful excuses because I have been living in that address for several years and ordered countless items from online or request several Ubereats deliveries. I never come across with someone who could not find my house. And I call the customer service, which starts to put the blame on coronavirus. I mean, what does the virus have to do with their delivery guy not being able to find my house? And now I will have to wait another one day for them to investigate where my phone is. Yes! You heard it right. They don't even know where my item is right now. WORST delivery service in the history of the worst delivery service. Note for you APPLE, please next time does not choose the delivery service that does not know how to find a house.

Been waiting for my delivery for the second day and still nothing. Called the center and they say the note is vague and they dont know where my parcel is. Couldnt get any more ridiculous.

Driver arrived half an hour after the agreed upon cut off time. Rang doorbell and yelled and after a few seconds yelled again.
Didn't have a consignment notice with him. I informed him that he was supposed to bring one as pre-arranged on the phone. He got one out of his truck, stuck it on the parcel and stood back. He was very impatient and mumbled unintelligibly as I filled in the notice with the details I was provided by the receiver to whom I returning this package.
The driver impatiently pointed to the blank spaces - expecting me to fill them in I suppose. And when I told him I didn't have the info, only the info provided by the receiver, he was visibly annoyed and became more impatient and said he was leaving and he'd return the next day. I let him know I don't have his information as I'm just a customer returning a parcel and that I was informed he would have all the details. He said it wasn't his fault. He wouldn't help me in any way at all. I let him know I realised it wasn't his fault, and again explained my position. He then, without a word, abruptly picked up the parcel and began walking back to his truck with it. I told him I appreciated his help, at which point he actually mumbled under his breath as he continued walking away.

I thought about reporting his bad behaviour, but didn't do it as I didn't want him to lose his job. But honestly, don't they do customer service training at TNT? Surely it's part of the job to help with certain situations. I've had experience with other courier companies and without exception, no problems whatsoever. But TNT is just awful

Very poor service as the tracking shows it was first lost then recovered and today I get an SMS saying not at home. I am working from home, my desk faces the front gate and I received a few different deliveries throughout the day. I was home my wife was home and my teenage son was home, I did not leave my home till 5:30pm, nobody came so how can they send me a message saying I was not home? Lazy or dishonest? neither traits fill me with confidence.

Purchased a trampoline that should have 7 boxes come together from the retailer. The retailer also provided CCTV record how they give all 7 boxes to the TNT. At the end of the day, only one box came to us, all other 7 large boxes were lost in their depot. No matter if you are personal or company, don't use it.

Ordered from a very reliable supplier in Southern suburbs on a Tuesday afternoon to be picked up Wednesday morning for delivery overnight - did not arrive Thursday and supplier could not get any response from TNT but we will call you back in an hour which they did not do. Whole process repeated again on Friday (today) and again told TNT would call back in an hour. What a joke. My solution is that when I order a product online I ask who do the supplier freight with. If they answer TNT I immediately indicate to supplier I will not proceed with the order. I now decline to buy from any supplier who uses either TNT or Fastway Couriers and at least one of my suppliers ceased using TNT as a result of other customers taking the same action. Time for consumer action on these non performing companies by demonstrating to suppliers who use them that it will hurt their businesses!

I received the message that my package is coming on Thursday. I waited until 3pm no one knocked on the door. I left to pick kids from school and the cards was left . I called the company for redeliver and I requested for package to be left in a safe place at my house. Driver came after the time I picked up kids again and he or she didn't leave my package as I requested. He or she went and left my package to far from where I live just because he was going that area. He also reported that he left my parcel in Lotto and news agency that is near to me which was a lie. I was sent to collect my package in 2 different places and didn't found anything. The it was found in lott and news that is far. Very careless company and drever. Don't trust this company if you're sending someone something.

My parcel was meant to be here Monday I received half of it on Friday it was two packages I received two boxes of each package missing one box of each package was meant to be here Monday it is now Wednesday still no delivery delivery driver was rude on Friday still waiting today Wednesday so not only is it late I have been stuck at home since the start of the week I do not recommend TNT they could not deliver for the life of them do not give them your money or your time steer clear of TNT I have never ever ever come across a company like this i do not know how they stay in business how ridiculous in this day and age

An online pickup was requested in Sydney on Monday. Pickup was scheduled for Tuesday, only done on Wednesday after 4 phone calls by person waiting for the delivery. Thursday afternoon and parcel has still not left Sydney after delivery was confirmed for the Thursday. Extremely disappointing.

I will NOT recommend this service if have other choices after 2 consecutive missing parcels (1 tracked back few days after, 1 totally missing never got it). Driver was not friendly and professional.

after reading reviews about TNT in excitement for my new TV I was scared id never receive my TV but the company I bought the TV from is in NSW and I'm in Brisbane they shipped it on Wednesday and we got it today Friday. With so many negative reviews I think they need a positive!!!

Had a computer sent express overnight, to allow me to work from home, driver didn't bother coming to the front door just left 'Sorry I missed You' card. The whole family were home at the time. That was on Thursday before Easter. No way of contacting anyone over the long weekend. On Tuesday called the service number to be only given options to pick-up from drop off point which is half and hour from my house. Left message on their online service, no reply. Tried again on Wednesday, somebody called me back, referred me to another department, who called me and said they would see when could be re-delivered but will likely take 5-7 days. No one has called back since. I am a Director of a National Company and will be pushing for us to never use them again.
