Pink cottage Noss Mayo A cottage not for six people three would be comfortable four at a push.

Toad Hall cottages management are about as useful as a chocolate teapot. They don’t seem interested in problems the customer has in the rented accommodation. They seem afraid to take issues up with the owners just in case they get dumped for another rental company. Their description of properties on their web site does not match reality when they should make sure the property is in good condition and safe before the guests move in.
I believe the place I rented was not marketed correctly, beds were crammed in and there was not enough room or chairs for everyone to sit inside or out.
Gaps between main bedroom bed and door was not enough for easy movement. One room had no windows you could open so nights were uncomfortable plus there was no cupboards to hang or put your cloths. Outside had not been looked after, weeds everywhere, debris over the steps, top and bottom terrace which made the steps dangerous to use. So called Laundry room was a mess and a pile of rubbish left in there. It looked like builders' debris had been left under steps to lower terrace garden area. What little garden furniture there was, it was in a poor condition or broken.
The pub nearby is a bit noisy but acceptable the pub generator/extractor fan runs throughout the day and night, it is too loud to enjoy the outhouse and can be heard at night in the cottage. It’s a poky cottage for six people. The pub is a good place to eat.

Have booked with Toad Hall for several years now. Cottages are always exactly as advertised and good quality, clean accomodation. Easy to book.

I made an enquiry about booking a cottage for a week that had already been provisionally booked. When the initial booking was not taken up Toad Hall Cottages contacted me to let me know that my preferred week was now available. I was very impressed with their efficiency.

Coordination between the 2 offices in Kingsbridge could be better. Communication between the office and hope cove needs looking at so that problems can be resolved more efficiently.

The only reason they got 4 was because I had to wait for a member of staff as it was her day off other than that it would have been 5

I booked online on Sunday morning and at the end of the process an Error message appeared. I phoned Toad Hall Cottages and left a message. Shortly after they opened I received a call-back ensuring me that all was well, despite the error message. This was further confirmed by a confirmation e-mail.

I feel this request is a little premature, as I don't go on the holiday for another week's time. However, so far no problems. Booking has been trouble free.

Very helpful and friendly contacting where I am going to stay to allow Mr Bear my guinea pig to come along and enjoy his holiday too.

Amazing time which is why we have been back for the last 4 years to the same place. Great views and on arrival the cottage always has a welcoming homely feel !!!

This is the fifth time we have booked through Toad Hall Cottages, mainly for holidays in Kingsbridge Devon. They are always helpful and easy to deal with and the booking process is simple. We leave for our latest break in Kingsbridge in two days time, confident the property we have chosen will be exactly as described. We just need some decent weather so hopefully Toad Hall Cottages can fix that as well.

Had 3 days booked at Duloe, Cornwall for a special event. Decided as we were travelling 300 plus miles would enquire about additional cost to extend to 5 days. in the end opted for 7.

Emailed Toad Hall Cottages to enquire and the response and help I received was first class.

All done and sorted, rebooked and finalised all in the space of 20 minutes.Polite staff, very efficient and helpful. Now that's what I call service.

Just booked same property for The fifth consecative year. Staff from new forest cottages always obliging, nothing to much trouble.

Please do not make your booking sight on line only.

This is the fourth time I have booked accommodation with ToadHall Cottages, and on each occasion, whether booking on line, or via the telephone, I have always experienced a first class service. All staff I have dealt with has been courteous, knowledgeable and most helpful.

I have always found the staff to be excellent with the bookings and follow up communications would very highly recommend. Looking forward to our few days away in South Devon

We have booked quite a few properties with Toad Hall over the past few years. As we have a small dog we find this limiting with lots of providers, we have found that the selection with Toad hall is excellent and we do not feel like we have to choose from the bottom of the barrel. There is always an excellent collection of quality properties. The booking process is very easy and they are always very helpful if the need arises.
