I applied for a loan and was given wrong advice, I explained that I needed the loan for a short time like about 2 years and I was advised that is ok if I pay the loan early I will just pay the interest for the time that I have taken, to my surprise 17 months later after I have paid 415 pounds each month , I have only paid off 379 pounds off the loan. Called together financial was told that I have been paying the interest since.

They took into consideration my unique circumstances and worked with me for 18 months to completion. Ben hartly was my contact at together and he was absolutely brilliant. Helpful, honest, explained information clearly and concisely and always got back to me or completed tasks in a timely manner. Amazing staff member

I have just completed on my mortgage today in these unprecedented times . I never thought it would happen as the worry for banks completing is some what worrying at these times . But I had help from a very helpful gentleman at together called Duncan Abraham, he went out of his way to help and guide my case through , he had my case re looked at and worked well with my solicitor to get me to completion . I couldn’t thank him enough for all his help and reassurance. Thank you together and most of all thank you Duncan . I love my new home . ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Was recommended to Andy Pelley @ The Loan Partnership through a LinkedIn contact, so pleased I was, he is a down to earth make things happen guy and set everything up for a bridging loan with Together, both Andy and the team and Together were both professional in their approach and actually listened to my needs rather than forcing me down a route that may have suited them best! Rare nowadays in the financial arena, so thanks Andy and the Together team.

We had a deadline of 28th of February - we were not kept informed of when the monies could be drawn down at any time during the process or the last week, we kept asking but had no response. I was told i would be spoken to at a specific time by the underwriter, i was not - nobody contacted me for another 2 days after, the service was appalling, rude and not an experience i have ever experienced before after purchasing about 60 properties in my lifetime this ranks as the worst in terms of customer service. On a positive note we did complete on Friday and i am hoping his was a one off and hopefully my moans will help other peoples experiences in the future. Hoping our relationship is back on track for the following 20 years. Cheers.

I believe the whole experience was quite long, I know a mortgage is very complex but we was waiting 5 and a half months, and at times there was no real communication from anywhere.

I was grateful to be accepted by your company but disappointed with the time wasted not informing me for two weeks about a form signed in the wrong place and the muddling about over solicitors and then saying you could do it all. But overall a big thanks to you.
