I bought refurbished drum unit from them for my laser printer. It damaged my laser printer irreparably, just by putting the unit in the machine.

I had to buy another laser printer -- got a great Amazon deal for $300. I had to spend $195 for printing urgently needed before the replacement printer arrived. I have $400 worth of OEM cartridges I cant't use and will try to sell for whatever I can get.

So ... a $500+ loss, for sure, plus likely $200 or so on useless cartidges, all because they didn't make sure that some little plastic parts that should be well held down weren't loose.

I'm waiting for their reply to my email and phone call. Fingers crossed they'll be decent.
