I ordered a daybed with trundle from this company on June 1, 2021 with an estimated delivery of 2-10 business days. They processed my payment right away of course, sent tracking numbers on June 3, 2021. The tracking numbers were incorrect and had false information (according to Totally furniture it's not their fault). I took the day off from work to stay home and await delivery based on the tracking info I was given and updates claiming it was "out for delivery". I waited until about 8pm and still no delivery. When I called Totally Furniture, they washed their hands of it and said contact Fedex. I contacted Fedex and was told they had no idea where my shipment even was, probably on a truck somewhere. The shipment finally arrived late on June 10th. I had guests arriving in 2 days and needed to put this together (while very pregnant mind you). The boxes were undamaged and sealed. I began to open and lay out the pieces to assemble when we realized half the pieces were missing. I immediately called Totally Furniture and left a voicemail, no one EVER returned my call and I also sent an email. I needed beds for people to sleep in and the response from Totally Furniture was "you can return it but you're responsible for the cost of shipping and a restocking fee" of an item that they shipped me without the important parts to actually assemble. Totally furniture then told me the manufacturer will send me the "replacement parts". NOT Replacement parts, they were completely missing from the boxes. Totally Furniture said, we don't touch the boxes they come straight from the manufacturer, essentially washing their hands of the whole thing. I had to go out and purchase ANOTHER day bed and trundle so my guests had somewhere to sleep. I disputed the purchase with my credit card company to which Totally Furniture still claims they sent us all of the parts. Never received the missing parts now I'm out over $500 because I have a partial daybed and trundle that is not usable without paying someone to make the missing pieces and Totally furniture has completely abandoned the situation since they were able to lie and keep my money. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SHADY COMPANY!

I ordered a Queen headboard. I received the confirmation and email when it was sent. I received an email that it was delivered but nothing! I've called & emailed.... still nothing! Great prices and merchandise but NO customer service. The 10-15.00 you will save isn't worth not being able to contact customer service! I'm out of $150.00- DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!

I purchased the Tahoe Highboy TV Stand in Espresso Finish - Convenience Concepts 8067000 and Baxton Studio Elsie Antique Dark Bronze Metal Daybed from Totally Furniture and was very happy with my experience. I noticed that TF prices were the best on-line and called their Customer Service department to ask what would happen if I had a problem with the furniture that I bought. The CS agent assured me that they wanted happy customers, that they would stand behind their products, so I ordered from TF. Both products required assembly which was a little challenging for me (66 yr old), directions were pretty clear, nothing took longer than a few minutes to figure out. While assembling the TV stand, I broke one of the cam locks, called Convenience Concepts phone number on the instructions sheet and their customer service agent sent me replacements within 3-4 days, which I thought was excellent customer service.

We recently purchased a mid century modern entertainment stand from Totally Furniture and we could not be more pleased with it! It came quickly, the instructions made for a fairly simply assembly and we just cannot believe the quality/how sturdy it is for the price we paid! We are so in love with our purchase and cannot wait to purchase the rest of our furniture in the upcoming months from Totally Furniture!

When I ordered on Jan 7 I was told it was on backorder and would arrive at the end of Jan. It came on Jan 12th!!!! Easy directions, greatly packed, loved the specific directions and pictures that accompanied the buffet. Love it and fits perfect in my space in the kitchen!

We purchased two upholstered chairs and had them shipped to our home in Illinois. This was the best deal I found for the specific chairs we wanted, both online or locally, even after including shipping cost. They were shipped LTL truck freight, which went smoothly and with no damage.

I would definitely buy from here again.

This experience started bumpy as I was charged 5x for one item ! They insisted it was an issue with their website as I had clicked the purchase button multiple times yet it only gave me one confirmation email so I assumed it only went through once. Until I got a notification that my account had been overdrawn! They did refund me but it was a horrible start to an even worse experience. Even after all of this I decided to go through with the order of ONE platform bed frame. Mostly because it was the cheapest option of this bed frame on the internet and I had just moved into a new apartment and was tired of having my mattress on the floor but I wanted something tasteful. After I got my package I was beyond excited to open it up and put it together! I’m very OCD and I check off that I have all the correct parts before starting a project. Well, you guessed it I was missing some parts! I literally still have the pictures to prove it as I only bought this bed frame 6 months ago. The amount / time that the parts cost on amazon versus the time it would take to get the parts from the seller....it was worth it for me to just buy the missing parts. (Which were just some special washers by the way) So I did and they came 2 days later. Once I received them I started to put it together. That’s when I ran into even more issues as some of the holes did not match up and I was unable to put a couple of screws in. It wasn’t a substantial amount that would really effect anything just make it more secure. Well it was a really great looking and sturdy bed frame once put together..........for about 2 months until it started to really go down hill. After 2 months the bed started to creek every time I made the slightest move even to just pick my head up. You can imagine how frustrating this is especially if you’re like me and move in a million different positions before falling asleep. I decided to take the mattress off and see what was going on was it an adjustment I needed to make or did I put it together wrong? (Other than missing a couple screws) It all looked pretty good except the middle row I noticed the extra support legs began to slide sideways. So I readjusted the feet. This helped for about a day and then it was back to how it was. I’ve tried multiple other things to try to keep the legs in place and nothing has worked and it just keeps getting worse the more that I sleep on it. And the creaking noise keeps me from falling asleep smoothly. At this point I’m just waiting for the legs to finally snap off and the whole thing to just collapse. I’m not sure if the issue is with the brand itself (quality) or the site I got it off of is a cheap knock-off! But I know one thing.....I will NEVER purchase ANYTHING from Totally Furniture EVER again!!! TERRIBLE QUALITY AND OVERALL HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

I was looking for a Non particle board TV Stand which wouldn't take a whole weekend to build.... After some research and review reading I found this one and let me just say EXCELLENT !!! Solid Wood and the "Hinge Design" makes putting this stand together a breeze, maybe 30 minutes.. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PURCHASE IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR A QUALITY, EASY TO ASSEMBLE TV STAND A+++++++++++++++++++++

The items arrived with missing holes to assemble and some dents, I called to Totally Furniture and I spoke with Christine from Costumer support, I told her I need the parts part ASAP or a new crib before the weekend (that was on Monday), guess what, the piece will arrive later because this company didn't want to send "next day shipping", I am trying to contact Debbie the Manager and I guess she is with my missing piece because nobody answered the phone. For companies like this is why I use to buy more in Amazon

I would give 0 stars if possible. I ordered a bedframe January 8. It is now March 25, almost April and still no delivery. I called and the representative said my order had reached a fedex a few towns over and apparently just sat around for weeks. This representative promised to find out the issue and email me. I absolutely did not agree to any kind of pickup as I don't have a vehicle for such a large object and the representative assured me they had never expected me to pick it up and it was supposed to have been delivered to my house. Few more weeks, no email no bed. Honestly I saw the same item at Ashley Home Store for like $30 more and I wish I had just paid it and gotten it months ago from a reputable company. I have called customer service again and left a message. This time I think I will just ask for a refund so I don't have to sleep on a broken bed for 3 more months waiting for an order that would never come. Really hope they don't try to say they can't refund shipping, for an item that was never shipped to my house. It's on them if they want to drive it around the country and never even enter my town.

I purchased this lovely table from Totally Furniture since they were the least expensive out of 5 companies. Excellent communication and shipping company was just as great as TF.

I ordered a new coffee table between Thanksgiving and Christmas. I was thinking I wouldn't get it in time but it came in like 4 days and it was packed beautifully! Love it!

My 7 year old grandson is ready for a more grown up room. No longer baby/toddler/preschool to an elementary kid. His room is converted with a good twin bed. We love this bed high quality, sturdy and easy assembly. The style is “cool” he loves it.

I purchased chairs from them online on the 12th of November that said the chairs would ship out in 5 business days and take 2 days to get to me. I needed them for Thanksgiving and I would have at least a week to spare to get them in time. I called them on the 15th because I didn't get an email confirmation. They told me at this time they were ready to ship out and then it would take 2 days to get to me. I did not receive them so I called them on the 21st. Keep in mind, I have never received any notifications or communication from them. They say they haven't shipped yet and she was going to call the manufacturer and get back with me by email. I said I needed them by the Wed. before Thanksgiving. With no notification I received a cancelation notice by email the next day. They never tried to give me options, never communicated, and left me high and dry with no chairs for the holiday! The worst company I've ever dealt with. I haven't received my refund yet either!!!

From the day my husband found the Totally Furniture website until the day the bed was delivered we were very impressed with the whole experience! Once we put the bed together, which was easier than anticipated, we were excited for our granddaughters to see it. The furniture is very well made, no imperfections, holes all lined up, sturdy. We are extremely satisfied and when we need anymore furniture we will definitely be calling Totally Furniture!

I ordered outdoor wicker furniture and I still have not received because they use shippers like roadrunner who outsources the deliveries so every day I am being told it is being delivered and every day I do not receive - my son said it was probably damaged and they are shipping new from California- he may have a point - either way unsatisfactory!!!

It took 3 weeks for my bed frame to arrive which includes miscommunication with delivery trucks. It sat for a week at one point before receiving it. I can handle that. Arrived with punctures to the boxes and minimal damage to one part of a particle board but I re-enforced it just fine. My biggest gripe were the instructions. Basically small confusing illustrations with not enough details. But I muddled thru it... for eight hours (breaks included). I really believe larger illustrations showing more details on the material would have prevented me from undoing some mistakes and kept more hair on my head. I like the bed frame so far, seems solid.
And the price was cheaper than other outlets. I would have given a higher rating if the instructions were better.

Purchased: 56" Pneumatic Adjustable-Height Standing Desk - Luxor SPN56F-BK/TK

The pneumatic lever operation is quick and easy to use. It's definitely nicer to have a quick, manual sit-stand desk vs. a slow electric one as I have experience using both types now.

I ordered the desk on a Sunday and it arrived the same week on Thursday. No damaged parts even though the boxes were quite damaged. Assembly was very straightforward, but I recommend taking your time and not rushing. Just listen to some music and enjoy the experience of putting it together.

I've been using the desk for over 2 weeks. Seems very sturdy and with the pneumatic device being housed between the legs just under the desktop, it doubles for stabilization with lateral movements. So no noticeable wobbling when I use it.
The pictures online make the bar under the desktop look like it might interfere with your knees when you're sitting, but it doesn't. It only comes down ~2in. from the bottom of the desktop. No problem at all.


My recommendations for raising/lowering the desk:

Put one hand (left hand) in the middle of the bar under the desktop, other hand (right hand) squeeze the lever. Stand up with the desk until desired height is reached. It does take a little effort and it would be nice if raising it was a little smoother.
When lowering the desk, I have to slow the desk's momentum otherwise it would lower too quickly and crash to the lowest setting. Just be aware that you need to counter the weight of the desk when lowering.

Overall, Totally Furniture was easy to purchase from, had reasonable prices, and makes a great product. We'll see how it stands the test of time, but I'm happy so far that I don't have to sit all day at work! :)

I received by 5 piece dining set, that I thought may have taken weeks to get, and less than a week of ordering the transport service contacted me, very professional and the delivery was awesome one person with a 500 pound delivery. Ordered 2/12 - delivered 2/17 Impressive!! I had a manufacture oops on a piece of Artwork, the was quickly handled with a swiftness and refund given. I have another order on it's way. Very pleased and will certainly order again with them as my decorating needs progress. *****

My tv console [60" Mid-century TV Console in Slate Grey - Walker Edison] shipped quick and came in about 4 days. Pay close attention to the instructions, I'm usually very good at assembling online furniture. This item tricked me at the last step with the door brackets. They are not all the same which I didn't realize until after I installed them and the doors wouldn't close. A quick correction and everything is perfect. Would definitely recommend the console, it is made of good material and is very stylish.
