Love this concept, but I was very disappointed to see my order arrive in two different packages on the same day. What a waste of plastic!

Would love for there to be a bigger box available as well. Maybe 20?

I’ve had to contact the customers service team a few times

1 to Adjust my payment
2 to notify then of a missing package

On both Occasions response was prompt and polite to the point both occasions my Queries were resolved

TOTM is so effortless- I’ve been with them for almost 4 years now. Once the standing order is set, the delivery is always on time with no issues or delays. My items comes packed beautifully and together! Their customer service team are amazing and quick to reply for any questions you have. I uses mix of the day/night pads and tampons which are great- super easy to use and much better than chemical products. I can’t recommend them enough!!!!

I have been using TOTM for a few years now and I cannot fault them. Never having to remember to buy tampons and never running out is a great thing! Aside from the fact they are organic, I would definitely recommend, 100%.

I subscribed TOTM’s long time ago and still using their products, it is so convenient to have your period care delivered to you every month so you don’t have to worry that you will run out. In regards to quality, since first time tired pads couldn’t believe how comfortable and soft they are and could hardly feel them when wearing! In regards to price it’s only a little bit more expensive than other brands in drugstore but totally worth it to invest in having your monthly periods a bit more comfortable. They have very good loyalty program which you can earn up to £5 ♥️ and free delivery on 2+ items which making it even more affordable! Love it ! Plastic free ♥️

I have been a long standing customer of about two years and cannot fault the products or service. My products always arrive on time which reminds me when I'm due on ha! Also, love following them on Instagram as TOMT shared some useful information around period care during the crisis. Keep up the good work!

I love that it's a subscription service, but what I'd like is to receive a reminder a few days before shipment in case you need to review the order/make any changes.

Time of the month knows what they're doing right and for all of you who don't understand it's time to get a clue a woke moment is about to happen to you when you insert or use cotton that is organically derived without the pesticides and toxins of genetically engineered items or organisms then you have less swelling irritation and chemical burns from their Great products not to mention that time of the month also uses completely sustainable packaging aside from the applicator free tampons which they are working on a wrap that isn't going to leave an impact on this earth after you discard it I cannot say more about how much I love this product it is far superior than any other organic tampon /pad line I've ever seen or used far superior to the brands in the US that's for sure

TOTM's service is 5 star, they have a great product and perfectly user friendly website if you need to amend anything from ordering extra items to changing your delivery date or regular items to be delivered, its great now that I dont have to remember to add my sanitary products to my shopping list they just automatically get delivered each month.

I really love TOTM, you can thoughtfully decide what you want to be sent each month and pick a date that works with your cycle. It's also so easy to skip a month if you have a back log of supplies. I use the pads most frequently and they are super comfy.

I'm a subscriber and have been for months, love the products, love that you earn points and get vouchers with them & love how easy it is too add on items for a one off on a delivery! Site super easy to use and can't recommend TOTM enough!

I have had a subscription with TOTM for just under a year! Changing your order is super simple and once it's all set up there's nothing left to do. TOTM let you know when it's on the way and that's it!
