Thank You very much team for your speedy response! The product is great as the Pearl White is the exact touch-up color for my Genesis! The application process steps are easy even though I made a mess and the touch-up attempt is obvious, so next steps, a new bumper (damaged in the carwash!)

I have not received the touch up kit yet but the ordering process was extremely easy and I found my paint color for my 2005 BMW z4 within a minute or two. I appreciate the communications during this process so I know where things stand regarding my order. If the paint itself works out I will certainly use Touchupdirect again.

It started out well. I was invited to call to order custom paint for my rv. But when I called several times, I was put on hold for awhile and then each time I was abruptly told no agents are available and to call back later. I can't comment on a product I can't order and use.

I have a 2006 Volvo S60. In Florida for years.lots of clear coat bubbles and flakes so Clorox is also faded. Never did major touch up before. Your product is easy to use nozzle doesn't clog and pain match is excellent. Highly recommended got the product fast as well. Did so good that I ordered more. I am going to attempt the full hood next!

I think this company is Top Notch, I rare these days to find companies that do what they say.......... and say what they do ! I’m impressed, being a former company owner/ operator, I can tell you how difficult it is to stay on top of things , all things and still get the projects out and in the quality that we all look for and require! Spent $100 on a paint kit for my 2016 Honda Civic. I followed the instructions word for word and even the videos online. Once I finished and removed the masking tape, that paint did NOT match. Not even close. It was way brighter than my cars actual colour (orchid white pearl). And to top it all off, the clear coat didn’t even work. I even made sure to put one extra coat on there. There was no shine to the paint job whatsoever. It was completely matte. It sucks because per their website, you CANNOT return used products. So I’m basically s*#! Out of luck. Spent $100 on something that does not work as advertised. I really don’t recommend using them. Especially for a tri-coat paint job. Get it professionally done. That’s what I’m doing instead in a few days.

I ordered paint from a local auto parts last year. Terrible paint. I had looked up and found your company and ordered paint sets for my BMW and Mercedes last year. I found that your paint was excellent quality, easy to apply and very reasonably priced. Decided to order more since my wife damaged another bumper cover and it needs painting. Thank you!

Taupe grey metallic was a perfect match for my 2011 Malibu. Had one issue with a nozzle breaking (my fault entirely) called help desk and they sent a new can right away. Best shopping experience I've had in years.
