Shocking, illegal standards! I have asked them to remove me from their phone advertising THREE times now, on each occasion I was assured I would be, yet I still keep getting advertising texts from them. Disgusting company, avoid like the plague.

False advertisement. Claims guaranteed express delivery 24-48h if you pay extra. But then in the confirmation email you get this „ All items in our pharmacy department are subject to the approval of the pharmacist and expected delivery is usually within 3-5 working days. This also applies to online doctor“

Received faulty item. Sent it back and had to pay for return postage. Asked for a refund and a week later got an email to say that the replacement has been sent and when it came they wanted me to pay £3.49 postage. I emailed them and they have not contacted me. Don’t buy from them as you will regret it.

A sales agent rang me the other day extolling their Nutriplex product and offering me 3 months supply with a special offer with a further 3 months free at the special price of £59.80. I said I would do some research and she said she would get back to me. My research discovered (from their own web site) that 3 months supply costs £39.90 and therefore if I was getting a further 3 months free that should have been the price. When I also pointed out that I could buy the product in capsule form from the USA (with equivalent dosage) for £14.77 - she slammed the phone down. Tower Health seems to have the reputation of 'snake oil' salesmen, and from the reviews on Trustpilot it would seem that this firm is one to avoid.

He then promptly told me that he didn't want an argument and did I want to order or not, I declined and said I think I would rather use another company. I think your slogan "happy to help" needs to be rethought as that was not my experience, or the employee needs some retraining as his customer service skills are non existent. I'm sending this email to let you now of my experience.my previous order was received flawlessly. I would not want any other customer of yours to experience the inept service I experienced.
