Tractor Supply Co. tractorsupply.com has not been competent as an online supplier in either getting you the right item or taking care of their customer. I spent hours on the phone getting through their surveys and directories to talk with a "customer Ha service" rep. just to find out if they even received the returned incorrect items that they kept repeatedly sending. I turned to Amazon Prime, and got what I needed in a couple days without issue. I have dealt with Amazon Customer Service and it now goes quite smoothly when issues arise. Places like Tractor Supply.com make Amazon Prime look quite inviting. FyrFly66

I wish I could give negative stars I've been a loyal customer every since they came to the Georgia ,( metro Atl.) market. Today is the last time I will ever darken the door. I routinely spend $350-$400.00 for personal supplies monthly, not to mention all the money the supers spend in the store. I have about 10-12 pairs of their jeans, and three pairs have ripped first day at the belt loop; right side next to pocket. Today I went in to get 4 tanks refilled and 140 pounds of dog food and other animal supplies . They told I was past return date; really a week ten days maybe. The purchase date was 2-8 for the jeans, and this is the first time I had a chance to go by. Also I'm was wearing another pair for the first time, bought the same day I bought the defective pair. Joey;MOD, knows I'm in East Cherokee store, at least a couple times a month. I would never let, one my retail stores or the contracting companies treat a customers this way, especially over less than $ 5.00 corporate investment.

I have ordered from them online several times and in most cases the service was as advertised. On at least 3 occasions I reviewed items that were not up to standard or that i considered dangerous, in an effort to warn others. When I submitted the reviews that were 1 or 2 star Tractor Supply rejected them and refused to post them, indicating they did not meet their standards. Consequently the items retain their 5 star reviews on line, when in fact if they were honest would have lower ratings. It makes me wonder how may other reviews are edited or refused because they rate the products lower than the company wants.

I registered an online account and ordered a relatively expensive (for me) chipper/shredder. I chose "ship-to-store" because it had said that this was free. Sure enough, when I added it to my cart it showed a shipping charge, then a credit for the shipping charge. Somewhere along the way during checkout, I didn't notice that they had tacked on a $165 charge for shipping because it was heavy. I noticed this only when I reviewed my confirmation email after I had completed the order. This was rather late at night and CS was not available, so I decided to wait until the next morning and cancel the order. When I got customer service on the phone, she was very pleasant and I asked her if I could cancel the order. She inquired why I was cancelling and I explained the situation. She offered to take the shipping charge off of the order, no questions asked. I was happy - that's customer service! No arguing or hesitation attitude - just seemed to be there to make the customer happy. It happened so fast that I hit refresh and my order was already showing the difference online. I haven't received the item yet - I'll update at that time. But so far, so good for my first experience with this organization.

went to a store # 3138,Patterson ny,to view a product which was out of stock but could be order to ship to store this was a Friday was told it would be in store pm Monday,never came was told OH MAYBE TOMORROW BUT WE'LL GIVE YOU A CALL WHEN IT SHOWS UP!I call customer service Tuesday AM to let them know I'm upset,I get ohh we call store yada yada same line of crap and we'll do what we can to get to store I needed it monday and was clear on this before I purchased it and was told I ordered it early enough on friday to be on truck for monday in PM,well I had to wait maybe a day or 2 IS WHAT i WAS TOLD after hanging up I get an e-mail From TSS ..ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED ..5TO 7 BUSINESS DAYS IT WILL BE @STORE,I WAS NEVER TOLD THIS BEFORE PURCHASING OR I WOULD'NT OF PURCHASED, STAY AWAY FROM THESE DISHONEST MERCHANTS,THEY WILL PROBABLY GO OUT OF BUSINESS DOING THIS AS I'VE BEEN A GOOD CUSTOMER DIRTBAGS

Farm supply store over 400 locations sell mostly private label low/average quality products at 20 - 30 % higher than walmart prices. If your in a bind for generic tractor/farm supplies and they are convinient then this is where I will go.

They have limited variety in each category. Price and quality option are not good. Much prefer lowes, HD or Walmart for better selection and pricing.

On my visit I was looking for two stroke chain saw/leaf blower oil. Options were limited to 2.5 oz containers for $1.50 - 3.00/each. Was hoping for pint or quart in recognizable brand options but no it had to be off brand and expensive. Did have husquavarna but it was the $ 3.00 option.

I buy tractor paint there since no one sells that. Bought cotter pins and hitch pins as well. Cotter pin broke due to casting defect. Brought it back look at me like I broke.

Not my favorite place. But will go back if they have what I need and can't justify commute into town.

I ordered a snow blower and it was supposed to be here yesterday but because of a huge snowstorm they said it would be here the following day then I was informed the shipping company that is about 40 minutes away said they will not be delivering it till Monday.How can a shipping company that is only 40 minutes away not be able to deliver it on the following day I would have thought all orders would have moved up as they were supposed to be delivered.I was going to buy a trailer from them also but after this bad experience I will never buy anything from them again.They did give me 50$ back on my shipping but I think they need to look for a better shipping company because it just cost them all my business and I will be spreading the word to everyone I know so they will probably loose a lot more business because of poor choice in shipping companies!!

The 2 stars review is for the 21 days it took from to order day to the store pick up day .giving the fact that the pipe costs $200 and you will pay $100 for the shipping to store. The pipe itself is as advertised and does the job that is designed for. If you need it in a timely manner I suggest buying at a store that carries the pipe in stock .
