Very good service - plenty of feedback on liftup times as well as drop off etc. 10/10 on communications!
I had some really challenging time constraints and it all wroked out thanks to the communications.
Moreover, I booked the move only 6 days in advance so all in all well above expectation!!
Very stressful thing in general but Transcorp definitely made this much easier and smoother.
Started on time (exactly on time) and finished exactly on time as well.
It was Sydney to Gold Coast to fairly large distance.
Would definitely recommend !!

I move from Melbourne to Sydney and engaged Transcorp to take our 2 bedroom house load up there based on the specific verbal confirmation they had given me that they were not brokers, ie. that they did not engage subcontractors to move my goods - they had their own trucks and staff. Turns out that's not the case, and it's in the fine print once the contract arrived that they can engage subcontractors, which they did. My furniture was scratched and damaged, the ceiling of the bedroom they moved out of was scratched with the end of the bed, boxes were loaded sideways or on an angle (photos available), boxes were dropped as they were loaded, the furniture wasn't stacked properly and was all over the place in the truck (photos available). Also because Transcorp and their subcontractor miscommunicated on the arrival time, my furniture was moved to another truck - and again packed like it had just been thrown in.
Just be aware that Transcorp can engage subcontractors, so it would be the same as using a broker which would often be less expensive, with the same bad results.

2 bedroom house move from Melbourne to Sydney. The moving crew were very friendly, accommodating and professional and did the move within the expected timeframe. When we had major issues with the drop point due to our real estate agent - their after hours team were able to redirect our delivery to a new location at short notice without any fuss. It was easy to get hold of friendly office staff when we needed them, never went on hold once, and they kept us up to date with our expected pickup and drop off times. Thoroughly recommend.

Lilly, Brenton, Sue and Michael all helped in some way to make our Site Engineers move easy from Ballarat to Yass. No question was too much trouble. Furniture was collected and packed early. Flights were delayed and an alternate means of accessing the new property for delivery was organised (great real estate agent). They kept in constant touch and were very accommodating as we ironed out a few unforeseen glitches. Their professional customer service and efficiency made our interstate move easy! Will definitely use Transcorp Removals in the future.

Our belongings were 3 weeks late (8 weeks delivery time) there was no communication about delivery time whilst in transit, staff were evasive and dismissive of attempts to find information.
The sales manager was patronising when I expressed my dissatisfaction with the service experienced. Told I would receive $150 compensation for a $2500 removal and could “take myself out for a nice dinner”.
Only when I threatened to take it to consumer affairs did I receive information. I will never use this company again.

I had more than 60 boxes and large furniture, fragile pieces and stairs at both properties. The team managed a difficult move with great humour and efficiency and everything arrived in perfect condition. Gold service and highly recommended.

I recently moved my 1 bedroom apartment from Brisbane to Melbourne on my own, and I couldn’t recommend Transcorp enough! From the first click to get the quote till the last goodbye to the movers, Transcorp helped make my first interstate move a great experience. The reviews on here did worry me a bit, but everything went so smoothly in the end, I have nothing but praise for them. For the sales/booking part, I appreciated only dealing with one person (Rebecca) who really took the time to get things right and explain things to me (and put up with my silly questions!). Also the actual move was great too. The guys (Trevor and another fellow, can’t remember :’c) were super quick with the pickup and great with communication. At both pickup and drop off they were on time (even early which was great) and were professional to both myself and the building manager. Would definitely use Transcorp again in the future.

Transcorp moved our furniture from Canberra to Melbourne on time and with great care. The Team was professional in moving and packing furniture from our 4 bedroom and study house. Unloading the next day was carried out efficiently with all items placed where asked. Very good price and excellent service.

Moved our 3 bedroom townhouse from Melbourne to Sydney at short notice. Pricing was good, the arrangements were easy and the truck and workers arrived right on time. They were careful, consistent and quick, and didn't complain about the awkward steps and heavy items. Delivery was also on time, and the driver and his workers worked well with the arrangements at the new building. I was expecting the whole thing to be stressful, and it was, but there was no stress caused by Transcorp, they actually went out of their way to make it all go smoothly, and this at a really difficult moment for everyone worldwide. I would definitely use these guys again, and would recommend them to friends and family without hesitation.

We moved from Melbourne to Sydney, on the day of the move they arrived 4.5 hours late! They had no understanding of time management or professionalism.

I had to help them with the move due to the slow pace and laziness. The communication in transit was loose at best and didn't stick to the agreed arrival time.

They broke our fridge and desk plus also damaging numerous pieces of furniture.

I raised these issues with [Name Removed] who advised the following - "it has been determined that your goods were handled and transported in the prescribed manner and that at all times our services were rendered with due care and skill". If true, i didn't realise these appliances could selfharm, this is a serious concern for all other global appliances.

[Name Removed] also now refusing to reply to emails... #customerservicemanager

On a positive note, the admin and sales team were fantastic (Stacey Davidson) and it's a shame the operations team are not on the same level.

We moved from Sydney to Melbourne and used their storage for about 2 months. They dealt our stuff carefully from pick-up, storing and redelivery. They are efficient and professional. My wife has ceramics that she loves and was actually expecting them to be broken. However, upon openning the boxes she was so happy to see all of them are in tact. The guys from Transcorp took extra care of my stuff. Would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs moving and/or storage.

I noticed that for every bad review, it's followed by at least one good...so I took the risk. Moved 3x2 interstate. It was all warm and friendly until the booking payment was made. Then no contact or updates until less than 24 hours to pick-up. I was cut-off mid-sentence when I rang to be reminded that Operations will contact you 24 hours prior to pick up. No regard or consideration to customers' need for some forward planning purely due to distance and timing.
Drivers at pick up were friendly but rough. Gouged a 5cm dent in my hallway wall (didn't notice till immediately after), I witnessed a couple of boxes dropped while packing, fragile tapes on boxes that were there for obvious reasons were ignored at packing with smaller fragile boxes place at the bottom and stacked up with heavier ones on top.Clearly space takes priority over care of goods. At the delivery, again drivers were courteous but a little rough. Many scratches and dents on walls and wooden floors. Emailed to complain and attempt to get some recourse on fixing damaged wooden floors at the destination address (I didn't even mention the damaged wall at the pick-up or the broken pieces in some boxes marked fragile upon arrival) - no response to date. I know there are disclaimers and indemnity clauses all over the signed quote but at least some common decency to reply - even to say "too bad" ?? Well, I definitely won't reply IF I get a response from them now. If you check the poor reviews on here you will see similarities with mine.
So, buyers beware....do your due-diligence first.

Transcorp team of 3 big burly guys Ben, Zak and Euan, arrived at my front door early, so i was impressed straight off the bat. My move was from one double storey home to another brand new double storey home next door. Yes, exactly just next door, so no truck required... but strong man power was needed. Some of my furniture is big and very heavy. They carefully calculated every turn and took great care not to damage the walls or furniture. They worked with me to have every piece placed exactly where I wanted. They worked so fast I couldn't keep up. The whole team was so polite and well mannered and made me feel like the most important person in the world. I hate moving , but you made the whole experience painless and stress free. Thank you to all the team at Transcorp.

I used Transcorp to move from NSW to QLD last June and I couldnt recommend the company enough. 5 STARS!!!!!
This was a project I turned inside out.. I had contacted about 5 companies and most I found arrogant , rigid and expensive.
Transcorp were a breathe of fresh Air.

We drove up with our 3 month old son so it was hard for us to guarantee we could do the trip in 12 hours as most companies demanded.

Transcorp were very flexible they agreed with me to give me 2 days to travel up and when we made it within 24 hours, they were still able to deliver on our arrival to our new home.

The quoting process was amazing. I changed the quote about 3 times and every time I could deal with the same staff member, who was very efiecient on the phone and emails, always responded to my emails and answered or returned my calls . A huge thank you to Rebecca.

My truck driver/ loader , Joe and his team were amazing. Rocked up on the date and time as agreed. Extremely helpful, it was hard work for them as we were moving out of a top floor apartment, no lift, yet they worked hard in a smiley , friendly and helpful manner. Joe stayed in contact in transit over the trip and worked with me to provide a drop off time that was super convienent


Service from start to finish was amazing.
Price was brilliant, most competitors were more expensive.
I couldnt recommend enough.
Give them a call.

I have moved more times than I can count, four of which have been done with Transcorp. My latest move with them was exceptional. Jake (the driver) had to put up with a rude, uncooperative apartment manager in building. But he did so with respect and professionalism the whole time.

Jake was flexible with delivery time and cared for my belongings like they were his own.

The company communicates well, and regularly. Not once have I had to chase them up for information. I would use them over any removals company - every time

Moved approx 21m3, all the big stuff from Geelong to Canberra. Were very open from the start that it would most likely be contracted out. I rescheduled a number of times as i was already in canberra so had to organise with real estate as well to meet them. Work was given to B2B, staff and truck were a bi t rough but all my stuff was packed a protected well, took photos of marks on the fridge prior to show that they didn't damage anything. Would recommend them to anyone happy to use subbies.

Recently had a large 3 bedroom house move from Perth to Melbourne and the guys at transform did it in 5 days!

I just want to say a massive Thank you to your Team on our recent move to Melbourne. Your guys were amazing to work with and their commitment to your company is outstanding. A move interstate is always stressful but your company made it so easy and hassle free and I just wanted to say Thank you for that! The service is outstanding and I would highly recommend you to everyone!

The guys in Perth turned up on time and so did the guys unloading in Melbourne! Outstanding service, everything hot blanket wrapped and not one single thing arrived damaged!
